A Comparative Study Of Curative Efficacy Of Using Comprehensive Systemic Treatment In Children Burn

Comprehensive systemic therapy is an emerging rehabilitation measurement of burned in children in recent years. It integrated use of multiple burns rehabilitation treatment that based on theoretical basis which are the children’s physical and psychological characteristics in order to maximum retain the children’s body functions and restore their aesthetic appearance and protect their psychology,so as they can adapt to the society as soon as possible and improve their future quality of life.PurposeExpound the significance of comprehensive systemic therapy in rehabilitation of children burn.Method①group A were treated by active and passive therapy, topical drug dressing and wearing elastic body suit meanwhile the control group only received topical drug dressing and wearing elastic body suit.After8weeks, the VSS scar score, pruritus degree, pain severity, ADL ability and deformity incidence will be compared between this two groups.②group B were treated by magnetic therapy, hydrotherapy, topical drug dressing, and wearing elastic body suit meanwhile the control group only received topical drug dressing and wearing elastic body suit. After8weeks, the VSS scar score, pruritus degree, pain severity, ADL ability and deformity incidence will be compared between this two groups.③group C were treated by musical therapy, game therapy, topical drug dressing and wearing elastic body suit meanwhile the control group only received topical drug dressing and wearing elastic body suit.After8weeks, the VSS scar score, pruritus degree, pain severity, ADL ability and deformity incidence will be compared between this two groups.④group D were treated by active and passive therapy, magnetic therapy, hydrotherapy, musical therapy, game therapy, topical drug dressing and wearing elastic body suit meanwhile the control group only received topical drug dressing and wearing elastic body suit.After8weeks, the VSS scar score, pruritus degree, pain severity, ADL ability and deformity incidence will be compared between this two groups.Result①The curative efficacy of group A were better than the control group in VSS scar score, pruritus degree, pain severity, ADL ability and deformity incidence.②The curative efficacy of group B were better than the control group in VSS scar score, pruritus degree, pain severity, ADL ability and deformity incidence.③The curative efficacy of group C were better than the control group in VSS scar score, pruritus degree, pain severity, ADL ability. There is no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of deformity.④The curative efficacy of group D were better than the control group in VSS scar score, pruritus degree, pain severity, ADL ability. There is no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of deformity.ConclusionThe rehabilitation measurement such as active and passive therapy, magnetic therapy, hydrotherapy, musical therapy and game therapy can significantly improve the functionality and appearance recovery of the burn children. It will attain the best curative efficacy if comprehensive systemic using this rehabilitation measurement which are given above.
