With the progress of science and technology and the improvement of medical security system, many of the advanced automation pharmacy products have been widely spread. Compared with that of foreign countries, the domestic research and application of automatic pharmacy is still in the initial stage. This kind of drug management and distribution form which is of low efficiency, high strength, low utilization, high consumption has no longer adapted to the current people's fast pace of life, it also can't meet the requirements of people's demand for medical services. At present, most of the domestic hospital pharmacy facilities are obsolete and a lot of staff are required, the work environment is prominent increasingly, these problems need to be solved right now.First of all, by analyzing the current development of pharmacy automation and application and common problems, putting forward the necessity of the research.Secondly, the mechanical structure of digital pharmacy is designed, including slope type storing cabinet, delivery mechanism, lifting mechanism.Planned the position of the drug on the tray. And the function of each part is described in detail. Analysis of the force and movement of the kit and the situation of drug delivery mechanismAgain, the digital pharmacy management system is designed, the matrix output is used to control the medicine and testing module, the schematic circuit diagram of the transmission system is designed, and PLC is used to realize the precise closed-loop control of the servo motor so that it can reach the precision requirement.Finally, with the mechanical structure of the manipulator irrigation is designed,including two-dimensional plane right angle coordinate robot, irrigation institutions,the appropriate linear unite and servo motor and a speed reducer. By analyzing the manipulator modal, the low order vibration type manipulator is got.
