Visual Analysis And Development Countermeasures Of Pharmacy Management In Primary Medical Institutions

Purpose of the study:Pharmaceutical management is an important link in the management of grass-roots medical institutions in China.Implementing and improving the pharmaceutical management level of grass-roots medical institutions plays an important role in national medical development.Doing a good job of pharmaceutical management is also an important guarantee to promote the progress of China’s medical and health undertakings.With the deepening of the reform of the medical system,the separation of medicine from medicine has been reformed,and the status of pharmaceutical management has become prominent.There are many existing research documents on pharmaceutical management in grass-roots medical institutions,but there is a lack of sorting and macro analysis of existing research results.Moreover,pharmaceutical management is different from others,and it is not only a comprehensive discipline of pharmacy,law,economics,sociology and management,At the same time,it is also an important research content of evidence law.In medical damage dispute cases,the drug calendar related to drug management can be directly used as the causality of medical damage.This leads to unclear development context,unclear research direction,single research method,and the existing literature can not guide the follow-up researchers to carry out targeted research.This paper is expected to achieve the following research purposes:(1)explore the overall picture of research in this field and summarize the development status of pharmaceutical management in grass-roots medical institutions;(2)Clarify the intersection between pharmaceutical management and other disciplines;(3)By studying the total number of documents issued by the pharmaceutical management of grass-roots medical institutions from 2011 to 2021,the institutions that published such documents over the years,the discipline fields carrying out such research,the journals containing such documents,the scholars carrying out such research,and the key words in this field,we can discover the research hotspots in this field,Further analyze the discipline structure of pharmaceutical management in grass-roots medical institutions,clarify the weak links of pharmaceutical management in grass-roots medical institutions,find out the deficiencies of pharmaceutical management in grass-roots medical institutions,and give the strategies to improve the level of pharmaceutical management in grass-roots medical institutions under the new situation from multiple angles.[1] To broaden the research ideas and solutions for the further development of pharmaceutical management in grass-roots medical institutions in China.(4)Medical fault is the premise of medical damage compensation.Standardizing the pharmaceutical management of grass-roots medical institutions and improving the level of pharmaceutical management are of great significance to reduce the occurrence of drug-induced medical damage.Research methods:This paper takes "primary medical institutions" + "health centers" + "health centers" + "health centers" and "pharmaceutical management" as the theme,and uses the advanced retrieval method to search the literature collected by CNKI in the decade from 2011 to 2021.After excluding the literature not related to the theme,a total of 1626 literatures were included.Using the method of scientometrics,this paper makes a visual analysis and Research on the research literature of drug management regulations in grass-roots medical institutions of CNKI(China Knowledge Network)in recent 10 years,and constructs the knowledge map of drug management in grass-roots medical institutions.Research results:(1)Research status: the research on pharmaceutical management of grass-roots medical institutions is mostly concentrated in tertiary hospitals,mainly to study the problems and solutions of pharmaceutical management of grass-roots medical institutions in a certain place.The research is more one-sided and single.(2)Interdisciplinary situation: from 2011 to 2021,the disciplines with more research are: "pharmacy","medical and health policies and regulations","traditional Chinese medicine","administrative law and local rule of law".(3)Issuing organization: from 2011 to 2021,the pharmaceutical management regulations issued by grass-roots medical institutions mainly came from China Pharmaceutical Affairs,China pharmacy,Journal of traditional Chinese medicine management,China pharmaceutical industry,pharmaceutical guide,world latest medical information digest and Journal of pharmacy of Chinese Medical College.According to the results published in the ninth edition of overview of key Chinese core journals,China pharmacy,medicine guide and China Journal of hospital pharmacy are the core journals in this field.[2](4)from 2011 to2021,the main research contents in this field are the research on the development status of pharmaceutical management in grass-roots institutions,mainly including the institutional setting,system formulation and implementation,current situation of employees,etc.the hot spots of the research are clinical pharmacy,pharmaceutical care,antibiotics,pharmaceutical service fee,PDCA cycle Drug safety and chief pharmacist system are the research hotspots in this field.(5)It provides strategies for the development of pharmaceutical management in grass-roots medical institutions.The improvement of pharmaceutical management level can avoid pharmacists’ dispensing errors,strict doctor prescription audit can avoid doctors’ medication errors,and strengthening patient medication education can avoid patients’ medication errors and greatly reduce the occurrence of drug-induced medical disputes.Research conclusion:(1)In this paper,Cite Space software is used to study the situation of pharmaceutical management in grass-roots medical institutions in recent 10 years,and clarify the research status in this field.(2)Problem solving:problems in pharmaceutical management of grass-roots medical institutions were found;And propose solutions to the existing problems.It also puts forward that the medical record is the key evidence of medical disputes,especially drug-induced medical disputes.(3)Development path: This paper proposes to bring the writing and management of standardized medical records into the scope of pharmaceutical management in grass-roots medical institutions.The research of this paper is expected to provide new ideas for the research in this field.
