With the economic growth and the medical health needs rapidly increase, thehealth care system has been improved, put the automatic storage device into thehospital pharmacy drugs is a new reform direction of hospital’s pharmacy, automatic、digital management is the inevitable trend of the pharmacy development. This studydesigned the rapid dispensing system which is applied for the boxed drug frommechanical and control, rapid hair medicine system. According to the hospital’s actualdemand and the specific characteristics of pharmacy storage’s logistics, design a set ofequipment with the Chinese characteristics, after the completion of design twoinstitutions need to analyze in kinematics and dynamics and further optimize thedesign.First of all, in the design of rapid dispensing system, use the symmetricaldouble-box-type drugs manipulator, and with the method of bar code checksum addeddrugs, realize the speed of2500boxes/hour, at the same time can ensure zero error.Using intensive storage on the storage, drug storage location can adjust, pharmacyaccording to their own conditions and the actual use situation of drugs to facilitate theadjustment of equipment types and storage location, the drugs storage types up to1000kinds, medicines storage up to35,000boxes. Using the high accuracy and fastdispensing, unique design of drugs ejector, front sensor, on the basis of rapid drug,ensure the accuracy of the pop-up drugs and the drug speeds of up to2250boxes/hour.Secondly, when the drugs have different weight and sizes, the trajectory of itsejection from the medicine cabinet is also different, and this is not conducive to theoverall design and operation. So it is necessary to derive the trajectory equation of thedrugs, and establish the link between structural parameters and motion parameters, inorder to take the different sizes drug agencies to deal with the different types of boxeddrugs, then made the rapid dispensing system’s design meet optimization.Finally, when the manipulator in three servos motor’s drive move to the specifiedposition, it should be taken into consider the impact of stability and precision to themanipulator’s movement and the dynamic response of manipulator in the conditionwhen motor stopped as equivalent of sudden unloading. Based on theory and softwarethe movement precision of the manipulator was analyzed, determine the top ten order of frequency and modal, analyzed each component’s amplitude in the lower orderclose to motor frequency, validate the rationality of the design and provides referenceand basis to further optimize the design for rapid dispensing system.
