Objective To study the effect of perioperative cellular immune function in lung cancer by video assisted thoracoscope surgery(VATS) and traditional thoracic surgery(TTS).Methods 80 cases of patients with?,?stage of non-small cell lung cancer were randomly choosed as the subjects of the experiment which were ready to accept the surgical treatment in the department of thoracic surgery in Weifang People's hospital during 20 December 2014 to 20 June 2015. They were randomly divided into TTS group(n=40) and VATS group(n=40). Perioperative cellular immune indexes were determined at preoperative 24 h, postoperative 24 h, postoperative 72 h and postoperative1 week. Data were analyzed by using the SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results In TTS group, the data of NK, CD3 +, CD4 + cells was significantly different between postoperative 24 h and preoperative 24 h(t=4.30~8.21,p<0.05). Also the data of CD3 cells(t=2.08~2.66,p<0.05) and CD4 cells(t=2.82~3.00,p<0.01) was significantly different between postoperative 72 h and preoperative 24 h. In VATS group,the data of NK cells was not significantly different(t=0.50~0.98,p>0.05), but the data of CD3 + and CD4 + cells was significantly different(t=3.22~5.35,p<0.01),between postoperative 24 h and preoperative 24 h. The data of CD3 + and CD4 + cells was not significantly different between(t=0.46~0.63,p>0.05) postoperative 72 h and preoperative 24 h.Conclusion The cellular immune function of the patients with lung cancer treated by VATS were faster recovery.VATS is better than TTS in protecting the body's immune function after surgery.
