jectiveTo explore the safety and feasibility of single-port thoracoscopic lobectomy in the treatment of early non-small cell lung cancer.Materials and methodsFrom June 2015 to June 2017,41 patients with early stage non-small cell lung cancer were enrolled in this study.forty-four patients with early stage non-small cell lung cancer were treated by single-port thoracoscopic lobectomy after receiving thoracic surgery in the second affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university.forty-four patients with early stage non-small cell lung cancer treated by conventional thoracotomy in the second affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university during the same period were selected as the control group. The clinical data of the two groups were analyzed retrospectively.the operation time, number and number of lymph node dissection stations during operation, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage time, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsOperation:there was no significant difference in the number and number of lymph node dissection stations between the traditional thoracotomy group and the single operation hole group(p>0.05).There were significant differences in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, drainage time of drainage tube and postoperative hospital stay between the two groups(p<0.05).Postoperative complications:there were no death cases in the perioperative period of 85 patients treated by lobectomy in both groups. There were 2 cases of pulmonary infection,2 cases of incision infection,2 case of arrhythmia and 1 case of atelectasis in the traditional thoracotomy group.there were 6 cases of postoperative complications in total, the incidence rate was 15.91%.Incision infection occurred in1 case, pulmonary infection in 1 case, arrhythmia in 1 case and atelectasis in 1 case in the single operation hole group.there were 4 complications in total, the incidence rate was 9.76%.There was statistically significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups.(?~2=3.14,P=0.02).ConclusionsThoracoscopic surgery with single operating hole is relatively more complicated, requiring doctors to have rich surgical experience and more skilled hand-eye cooperation ability for endoscopic surgical instruments. For the treatment of early non-small cell lung cancer,single-port video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy has the advantages of small trauma and rapid postoperative recovery, which is a safe and feasible surgical method and worthy of popularization.
