Patients were investigated by filling out posttraumatic growth inventory(PTGI),emotion regulation scale(ERS), simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ), general self-efficacy scale(GSES), and social support rating scale(SSRS). Using SPSS19.0 statistical software to analyze the main factors after verification, the independent-sample test, variance analysis for univariate analysis and the general linear regression analysis for multivariate analysis. Results 1 The total posttraumatic growth score was 57.62±10.31, with an interpersonal score of 17.16±5.91, a new possibility score of 11.56±2.64, a personal power score of 8.59±2.83, life of gnosis score of 17.15±5.19,self-transformation score of 11.20±2.88 respectively. 2 The analysis of the effect elements for posttraumatic growth: 1) The univariate analysis showed that gender, age, marriage, employment forms, education, cost source, level of income, residence, high blood pressure, diabetes, condition monitoring, blood transfusion, fixed form, severity of illness, positive coping, ignor, importance, catharsis, self-efficacy, social support, those above mentioned factors are related to PTG(P<0.05). 2) The general linear regression analysis showed that cost source, level of income, education, condition monitoring, blood transfusion, fixed form, positive coping, catharsis, those above mentioned factors are related to PTG.(P<0.05)Conclusions The total score of PTGI was 57.62±10.31 and in middle level.
