Research purposesIn recent years,GH-HMI(Health Management Institutions of General Hospital)in China have developed rapidly,which has greatly promoted the implementation of the“Healthy China 2030" strategy.Under the background of accelerating the promotion of“building a strong health province and building a healthy Guangdong" in Guangdong Province,this study investigated the current status of GH-HMI in Guangdong,analyzed the existing problems and shortcomings in the current development,and proposed strategies to promote the development of GH-HMI.Research method1.Literature analysis1)To review the research progress of domestic and foreign health management institutions.2)Through PEST analysis and VRIO model,this paper discusses development environment of GH-HMI in Guangdong.2.Questionnaire method1)Carry out on-site investigation on the heads of GH-HMI or hospital managers to obtain the basic situation,service provision and information construction of GH-HMI·2)The field survey was conducted on health management practitioners to obtain their career satisfaction,cognition of business development status and development prospect of GH-HMI.3)Conduct on-the-spot investigations of physical examination clients of GH-HMI to obtain their satisfaction and service perception evaluation of it.3.Statistical analysisEpidata 3.1 and SPSS 20.0 were used to collate and analyze the data,including descriptive statistics,single factor analysis,correlation analysis,multiple linear regression analysis,etc.The significant level was a=0.05.Research result1.Basic status of the institutions1)Hardware construction:26 GH-HMI have set up independent sites,and the business area is the most in the range of 400-1500 m2,50%of which has been set to"health management department/center";2)Manpower guarantee:65.38%of the institutions need to borrow doctors from other departments,and 53.85%of the institutions have doctors with senior titles and doctoral degrees less than 5%;3)Service items:The development rate of physical examination and risk assessment is 100%,but the rate of health follow-up and reminder service is only 73.08%;4)Service mode:61.54%of the institutions are recommended by the medical examiner for medical examination,and 88.46%of the main service methods for post-inspection management are telephone follow-up;5)Informatization construction:96.15%of the organizations established customer management systems,and 7.69%of the organizations were equipped with information maintenance engineers.2.Practitioners' cognitive statusl)Occupational satisfaction;69.35%of the respondents are satisfied with the health management work.2)Business development status cognition:72.26%believe that it is difficult to carry out questionnaire consultation service because customers,acceptance intention for physical examination is not high;81.02%believe that post-exam management is difficult to implement because the hospital performance distribution mechanism is not perfect;82.48%believe that it is difficult to carry out scientific research because of the lack of professional guidance such as paper writing;67.15%believe that the current cultural construction is superficial.3)Prospects and expectations for health management development:97.08%believe that discipline construction should encourage the active writing of professional papers;54.01%believe that cultural construction should strengthen cultural carrier construction,improve institutional cultural decoration and publicity logo;61.31%believe that the current organization's primary development goals Is to increase economic income;34.31%believe that institutions should actively expand the scale;3.Customer service evaluation1)Overall evaluation:Most of the customers are satisfied with the service evaluation of the GH-HMI(85.3%);Customers should first consider the brand of grade a hospital when choosing service(39.90%).The Customer privacy protection provided by the institution(4.33±0.74),Doctor's advice after the examination(4.30±0.67)and Timely referral diagnosis(4.21±0.68)are the three aspects with high customer service perception.2)Impact analysis:Multiple linear regression analysis shows that customers have a positive impact on the satisfaction of the organization in terms of equipment usage experience,privacy protection,transportation costs,etc.(R2=0.774,p<0.001),especially in u The results of the health checkup report were accurate and clear explanations(b=0.447,p<0.001),“provided post-inspection management services were thoughtful and actively participated"(b=0.258,p<0.001)and“medical examination appointment,inspection,and results process"Convenience"(b = 0.158,p<0.001)has three significant effects.Research conclusionThis study shows that the GH-HMI in Guangdong Province are increasingly well-developed in terms of name regulation,site security,service provision and information construction;most practitioners are satisfied with the profession;customer service satisfaction is high,especially in customer privacy.The protection aspect is high.However,there are also problems in the development of post-inspection management services,relatively few high-educated high-ranking titles,difficult academic research,and inadequate institutional culture and brand building.Under the background of implementing the“Healthy China 2030" strategy,this study puts forward the following suggestions for the continuous promotion of the construction of health management institutions in general hospitals:First,strengthen the standardization construction to ensure the provision of health management services;Second,strengthen information construction to improve health management.The service process;the third is to strengthen the brand construction to promote the rich service connotation of the organization;the fourth is to strengthen the discipline construction to help the core competitiveness of the organization.
