Mobile Internet Era Of Hebei Doctor Multi-sited Licensed Management Research

With the implementation of doctors' multi-sited licensed policy in our country, it is advantageous to the construction of health service system and the formation of the hierarchical medical system. People in China, especially in less developed areas, will get more covinience to receive regular medical services without a high cost. While this policy has not been fully implemented yet in Hebei provice, even if in most developed areas in China. What is the reason? How to solve?We analyzed the reasons that delayed the implementation of doctors' multi-sited licensed policy in Hebei and try to introduce the idea of mobile Internet medication,solving the problems that we are faced.By using the method of literature research, summarize experience, case analysis, we analyzed series of data of medical resources, doctor practice site changing, patient distribution and government policy in hebei province. The reasons for the slow implementation of doctors' multi-sited licensed policy are considered as as follows: poor knowledge of doctors' multi-sited licensed policy, limitation of doctor's primary institution,abscence of professional liability insurance, uequel medical equipment and resources and the overwhelming workload etc. Western developed countries has a lot of successful experience in doctors' multi-sited licensed policy.We should take full advantage of experience of western developed countries to improve our doctors' multi-sited licensed policy with Chinese characteristics.Aiming at the problems above, we proposed several feasible solutions, such as improvement of Internet doctor practice registration information query system,enhancement the informationization level of medical institutions, establishment of regional medical cooperation group and so on. By introducing the idea of mobile Internet medication, we could gradually establish a citizen health cloud system, realizing multi-sited medication not only in medical institutions but also on Internet, improving convenience of medical services.
