The Development Study Of Medical Group Under The Background Of Multi-sited License

For a long time,Chinese health resources are scarcity and distribute uneven,especially the health human resources,most superior medical institutions and excellent doctors are focused on developed regions’ big hospitals,but there are little excellent doctors in basic medical institution,which lead to medical technical talents in big hospitals wasted seriously,and there was an acute shortage of human resources in small hospitals,this triggered the Chinese medical conditions that difficulty and expensive in seeing a doctor.To solve the difficulty of medical service problem,our country and local government have issued a series of policies to promote doctors to multi-sited license since 2009,which aim to allocate medical and health resources rationally,and realize human resources utilization rate maximize,build scientific and reasonable medical health service system.Under the various favorable policies,medical group suddenly rises in 2005,and became new team of doctor multi-sited license gradually.Compared with foreign medical group,due to Chinese medical group starting late,it was still in exploration stage,and its develop facing the lack of policies and regulations,the deficiency of supervision system,the omission of insurance,the immaturity of management model and so on.This study analyse medical group’s development conditions of internal and external surroundings by SWOT analysis,and discussed the development strategies for medical group: self-positioning strategy,marketing strategy and brand building strategy.In addition,this study also found that when we set out medial group development strategy,we should pay attention to play government’s leading role,insurance industry’s boost role,industry association and the public’s supervising role and self construction role,synergistic effect of many forces promote Chinese medical group developed normalization,professionalization and sustainable.Some guidance and significance for medical group’s sustainable develop were given by this study.
