The Surgical Treatment Effect Analysis For The Prosthesis Femoral Fractures After Hip Arthroplasty

Objective: To observe the surgical curative effect of the prosthesis femoral fractures(PFF) after hip arthroplasty, for providing a reference basis to choose appropriate surgical solutions in clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:To collect the relevant data of 23 cases of the femoral prosthesis fracture after hip arthroplasty and adopting simple internal fixation or renovated with internal fixation from February 2011 to October 2015, the data based on Vancouver classification standards, including 7 cases of B1 type, 5 cases of B2 type, 8 cases of B3 type, 3 cases of C type. all patients were analyzed with postoperative complications, fracture healing time,the Harris score of preoperative and bilateral hip joint function in the last follow-up visiting. The comparison preoperative with postoperative disease of the last follow-up visiting in the hip joint score of Harris were analyzed from all patients.and the comparison the disease hip with health hip of the last follow-up visiting in hip joint function score of Harris were analyzed from all patients.Results:23 patients were treated with operation and completed the follow-up visiting in time and the average follow-up visiting time is 2.4 years(arrange from 4 months to 4 years). In all patients,1 patient suffer fromcardiac failure,1 patient suffer from prosthesis loosening,1 patient suffer from recurrence fracture.Fracture healing time is 5.2 months(3-10months).The last follow-up visiting with the hip joint function score of Harris is 86.1( 74-98). All patients were analyzed contrastively with preoperative and postoperative hip joint function score, hip score of postoperative is higher than the preoperative and the difference is statistically significant.All patients were analyzed contrastively with disease and health hip joint function score,the difference is not statistically significant.Conclusion: The different type femoral prosthesis fracture after hip arthroplasty adopted appropriate surgical treatment can obtain satisfactory clinical effect. The type Vancouver B1,C PFF coulod adopte simple internal fixation; The type Vancouver B2,B3 PFF should adopte the Operation method renovated with internal fixation.
