The Clinical Significance Of RRM1?P53?MMP2?MMP9?VEGF And EGFR Protein Expression In Renal Cell Carcinoma

Objective: Discussion on the expression of RRM1?P53?MMP2?MMP9?VEGF?and EGFR protein in renal cell carcinoma and their clinical significance.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the immunohistochemical data of 60 cases renal cell carcinoma to explore the correlation with clinical pathological features and analysed the relation between these protein expression and Fuhrman nuclear grades,tumor stage,metastasis,tumor size.Result:In the different Fuhrman nuclear grades group:the expression level of M M P 2,M M P 9and P 5 3 protein in renal cell carcinoma with different Fuhrman nuclear grades were have a statistically significant difference,with the grade increasing,the expression rate gradually increasing(p<0.05),the expression level of E G F R,R R M 1,V E G F protein were no difference in different Fuhrman nuclear grades(p>0.05).In the different tumor stage groups:the expression level of P 53,M M P 2,M M P 9,V E G F protein were have a statistically significant difference(p<0.05);the expression level of RRM1,EGFR protein were no significant difference(p>0.05).In the different tumor size groups: R R M 1,P 53,E G F R,M M P 2,M M P 9,and V E G F,the positive expression level of six protein were no correlation(p>0.05).The expression level of P5 3,M M P 2,M M P 9,V E G F four protein and tumor metastasis were have statistically significant,positive expression level of metastasis group was higher than non-metastasis group(p<0.05);R R M 1,E G F R two protein were have no significant correlation in tumor metastasis(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.RRM1,EGFR protein expression are irrelevant to tumor stage,Fuhrman nuclear grades,tumor size and the metastasis in renal cell carcinoma.2.P53 protein may be used as an important molecular markers to evaluate prognosis of renal cell carcinoma.3.M M P 2 and M M P 9 were have an important significant in clinical progression and prognosis of renal cell disease.4.V E G F protein was have a certain related with the progress and prognosis of rena cell disease.
