The Clinical Experience Summarization Of Prof. Fujin Duan In Treating Lumbago

Objective:Summarize the clinical experiences of Prof. Fujin Duan in the treatment of lumbago by the medical records and reflect its differentiation of symptoms and signs and characteristics of prescriptions.Methods:Collected the medical records which was diagnosised and treated by Prof. Fujin Duan as the patients with lumbago from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine medical center from December 2009 to December 2015. Through inductive method, comparative method and basic mathematical statistics methods,sum up the cases of lumbago and analysis of common syndromes and prescriptions.Using the database software SPSS 17.0 statistical software,applied frequency analysis,cluster analysis and other statistical methods, explore the characteristics of the medication of the treatment of lumbago by Prof. Fujin Duan.Results:1.lumbago were divided into eight types by Prof. Fujin Duan.2.In 203 cases,96 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were collected, and the total frequency was 2392 times. The frequency of 69 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine is above 10;the frequency of 24 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine is above 30;the frequency of 4 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine is above 100.Eucommia ulmoides appears the highest frequency, up to 154 times, a single drug frequency up to 75.86%.3.Eucommia ulmoides and poria cocos, faenum graecum and Fructus Psoraleae, yam and Cornus officinalis, medlar and dodder, Curculigo rhizome and epimedium, papaya and Chinese angelica root, turmeric and asarum,were clustering coefficient higher.Conclusions:1.lumbago in the majority of patients was the type of kidney deficiency, and the importance of tonifying kidney is the basic understanding of lumbago by Prof. Fujin Duan.2.Types and treatment:Kidney yin deficiency syndrome with Zuogui Pills as the basic party. The kidney yang deficiency in Anshen Pilsl as the basic party. Two the deficiency of kidney yin and Yang in Rehmannia six Erxian Decoction as the basic party. The rheumatism stasis with Decoction of Notopterygium for Rheumatism as the basic party. The damp heat type with Simiao Pills as the basic party. The damp stone stasis with Four Paishi Decoction as the basic party. The cold dampness syndrome with Kidney Fixity Decoction as the basic party.The blood stasis syndrome of Shen Tong Zhu Yu Decoction as the basic party.3.Tonic medicine, blood stasis, astringent medicinal were the commonly used drug categories for the treatment of lumbago by Prof. Fujin Duan.4.Eucommia ulmoides and poria cocos, faenum graecum and Fructus Psoraleae, yam and Cornus officinalis, medlar and dodder, Curculigo rhizome and epimedium, papaya and Chinese angelica root, turmeric and asarum, were the Commonly used drugs by Prof. Fujin Duan.
