Research On Academic Thought And Clinical Experience Of TCM Pediatrics Of Professor Duan Fujin

Objective:The purpose of this subject is to systematically sort out the clinical experience of pediatric diseases by fully collating the medical records,works and lecture records of professor Duan Fujin,a master of TCM.At the same time,combined with the works of pediatricians of previous dynasties and the research achievements of contemporary pediatricians of TCM,we fully analyzed and summarized their academic thoughts,so as to provide reference and guidance for the clinical practice of pediatrics in contemporary TCM.Methods:The methods of statistical analysis and literature research were used.Using the TCM inheritance computing platform(V3.0)to mine and sort out the data,collect the medical records of chinese medicine master professor Duan Fujin in the treatment of children’s diseases,establish a database,analyze the data by frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis,summarize the medication rules and characteristics of professor Duan Fujin in the treatment of pediatric diseases,and refine the teacher’s core prescription,so as to provide a basis for clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pediatric diseases.Results:A total of 1171 medical records that meet the standard will be verified by two people and imported into the statistical software for statistical analysis.The results are as follows:1.The overall analysis of Professor Duan Fuj in’s treatment of pediatric diseases.A total of 1171 medical records involved 84 kinds of pediatric diseases.The order is cough,anorexia,palpitations,colds.There are 249 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,the total drug frequency is 11 579,and there is an average of 9.8 kinds of medicine in each prescription.The four qi were led by warm medicine for a total of 4083 times,and the five flavors were mostly bitter medicine for a total of 6110 times.The meridians were mainly lung,spleen and stomach meridians,followed by heart meridian,liver meridian and kidney meridian.The main efficacy is deficiency-tonifying drugs,a total of 25 96 times,accounting for 22.42%of the total frequency of all drugs.2.Analysis of Professor Duan Fujin’s prescriptions for the treatment of pulmonary diseases.Overall analysis of lung diseases:among the 519 cases,there were 11 diseases and 129 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 5145.The cold nature of the four qi is the most,and the bitterness of the five flavors is the most,with the main efficacy of expectorant,antitussive and antiasthmatic drugs,a total of 1947 times,accounting for 20.9 1%.Prescription analysis of cough:3 43 medical records were analyzed,which were divided into 7 syndrome types:wind-heat invading lung syndrome,phlegm-dampness accumulation lung syndrome,phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome,qi-deficiency cough syndrome,wind-cold attacking lung syndrome,yin deficiency cough syndrome,wind-dryness invading lung syndrome and qi-yin deficiency syndrome.There are 91 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,among which the cold of the four qi is the most,and the bitterness of the five is the most.There are 1525 phlegm-relieving,cough-relieving and asthma-relieving drugs,67 association rules,and 6 core drug combinations.Commonly used medicine pairs are Platy codon grandiflo rum-licorice,Platycodon grandiflorum-loquat leaves,Platy codon grandiflo rum-tangerine peel,licorice-Ziyuan,licorice-tangerine peel,Platycodon grandiflorum-aster,etc.3.Analysis of Professor Duan Fujin’s prescriptions for treating diseases of the spleen and stomach.Overall analysis of spleen and stomach diseases:among the 322 cases,17 diseases were involved,with a total frequency of 3095.The moderate temperature of the four qi is the most,and the sweet taste of the five flavors is the most,and the main efficacy is deficiency-tonifying drugs,with a total of 93 0 times,accounting for 30.12%.Prescription analysis of anorexia:13 3 medical records were analyzed and divided into 5 syndrome types:phlegm-dampness trapped spleen syndrome,spleen-stomach qi deficiency syndrome,liver-spleen disharmony syndrome,spleen-stomach yin deficiency syndrome and spleen deficiency syndrome.104 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine are involved,among which the four qi has the most moderate temperature,and the five flavors have the most sweet taste.There are 401 deficiency-tonifying drugs,35 association rules and 6 core drug combinations.Commonly used medicines are tangerine peel-Atracty lodes macrocephala,tangerine peel-Poria cocos,tangerine peel-Pinellia ternata,Atractylodes macroce.4.Analysis of Professor Duan Fujin’s prescriptions for the treatment of heart and liver diseases.Overall analysis of heart and liver diseases:among the 18 1 cases,15 diseases were involved,with a total frequency of 1837 traditional Chinese medicines.The moderate temperature of the four qi is the most,and the sweet taste of the five flavors is the most,with the main efficacy of deficiency-tonifying drugs,a total of 593 times,accounting for 33.3 5%.Prescription analysis of palpitation:104 medical records were analyzed,which were divided into 9 syndrome types:deficiency of both qi and yin,deficiency of heart and spleen,deficiency of qi and blood,deficiency of heart yang,deficiency of both qi and blood,combination of phlegm and blood stasis,qi stagnation and blood stasis,deficiency of both yin and yang of qi and blood,and timidity of heart deficiency.There are 85 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine involved,among which the moderate temperature of four qi is the most,and the sweet taste is the most among the five flavors.There are 404 deficiency-tonifying drugs,34 association rules and 6 core drug combinations.Commonly used medicine pairs are roasted licorice-ginseng,baked licorice-angelica,baked licorice-Poria cocos,baked licorice-astragalus and so on.5.Analysis of Professor Duan Fujin’s overall prescriptions for treating renal diseases.Overall analysis of renal diseases:among the 62 cases,there were 13 diseases and 126 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 597.The moderate temperature of the four qi is the most,and the sweet taste of the five flavors is the most,and the main efficacy is deficiency-tonifying drugs,a total of 192 times,accounting for 32.16%.Conclusion:1.Professor Duan Fujin’s academic thoughts on the treatment of lung diseases:the use of drugs is light,Small quantity and great effect;the lung and spleen are the same,making good use of Poria cocos;often with Yinqiao Powder,Sangju Yin,Xingsu Powder to dispel pathogens,and good use of Platycodon grandiflorum.2.Professor Duan Fujin’s academic thoughts on treating spleen and stomach diseases are as follows:pay attention to the cultivation of healthy qi,carefully use the products of severe attack and severe tonic;make good use of Tongfu therapy,pay attention to diet care;make good use of Liujunzi Decoction.3.Professor Duan Fujin’s academic thoughts on the treatment of heart and liver diseases are as follows:pay attention to tonifying deficiency,use attack cautiously;give consideration to the methods of calming liver and reducing heart;often use Yangxin Decoction to tonify Qi and heart,and be good at using longmuqian to absorb.4.Professor Duan Fujin’s academic thoughts on the treatment of renal diseases are as follows:observe the pathogenesis carefully and treat flexibly;at the same time,tonify the kidney,make good use of heat clearing and dampness removing drugs.
