The Analysis Of The Risk Factors In Elderly Patients With Pneumonia Complicated With Cardiac Arrhythmia

Objective:To identify the risk factors of cardiac arrhythmia in old people with pneumonia.And carries on the analysis from the perspective of different Chinese and western medicine,For part of the old patients with pneumonia provide certain according to the prevention and treatment of arrhythmia.Methods:Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 315 cases of hospitalized patients with senile pneumonia(Mainly composed of cases), Multiariable Logistic regression analysis in 91 cases complicated with cardiac arrhythmia patients and 224 cases complicated with cardiac arrhythmia patients for comparative analysis.The result shows that: Arrhythmia previous medical history(OR=15.717,95%CI ? 6.466--38.205), electrolyte disturbance(OR=3.407,95%CI ? 1.424--8.151),acidosis(OR=3.280,95%CI ? 1.380--7.793).Result: Senile pneumonia complicated with cardiac arrhythmia risk factors including history,electrolyte imbalance, acidosis arrhythmia.
