Jiangtang Tongluo Particle In Patients With Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Jiangtang tongluo particle on diabetic periphera neuropathy(qi deficiency and blood stasis).Methods:We selected 60 cases of DPN(qi-deficiency and blood stagnation)patients met the inclusion criteria using Randomized and controlled ways,and divided into the treatment group and the control group,The treatment group containing 30 cases were given basic treatment+mecobalamin tablet+Jiangtang tongluo particle,the control group also containing 30 cases were given without Jiangtang tongluo particle,treatment for 8 weeks.Both sets of patients were evaluated by the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome point,nerve conduction velocity observe the therapeutic effect of evaluation indicators and clinical therapeutic effect.Results:1.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome:two groups after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome points before treatment were declin ed,but the treatment set after treatment were superiored to the control group after treatment;the effective rate of treatment group was 90 %,better than 60% in the control group(P<0.05).2.the Fasting plasma glucose,Post-prandial blood glucose and Hb A1c:two groups after treatment of FPG,Postprandial blood glucose and Hb Alc were reduced,but the treatment group after treatment have significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.05).3.The NCV: two groups after treatment of MCV and SCV were increased,but the control group of 2 indexes were not statistically significant between before and after treatment(P>0.05);Treatment group of MCV and NCV which has statistically different after treatment(P<0.05),and treatment group of MCV has statistical differences after treatment(P<0.05),NCV has significantly different visavis the control group after treatment(P<0.01).4.The VPT and ABI:the treatment group of VPT,ABIwhich has difference between before and after treatment(P<0.05);The control group after treatment of VPT and ABI which has no statistical differencecompared with before treatment(P>0.05);the treatment group of VPT,ABI which has a significant difference after treatment compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiangtang tongluo particle can significantly improve the symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(qi-deficiency and blood stagnation)patients,and effectively decline the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome point,effectively improve the NCV index(motor conduction velocity,sensory conduction velocity),adjust the VPT,ABI index,improve the function of peripheral nerve.
