Objective: This study summarized the clinical experience of my supervisor Pro f.Piao Chunli in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,from the pathogene sis theory of “Toxin damaging collaterals”,use “tonifying qi and nourishing yin”,“promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis” and “dispelling toxins and dre dging collaterals” as therapeutic principle,Qigui Jiedu Tongluo decoction is designe d to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy,through the research methods of randomized comparison clinical trial to verify the efficacy and safety.Methods: 60 cases were included in this study,all the patients were DPN pati ents in the outpatient and ward of the affiliated hospital of Changchun University o f traditional Chinese medicine.Patients eligible for inclusion were treated with simple randomization,the selected patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group(Qigui Jiedu Tongluo decoction combining mecobalamine)and the control group(m ecobalamine).According to the clinical research program,a total of 60 patients of“Qi and Yin deficiency with blood stasis and toxicity” were collected between Janu ary 2018 and January 2019,according to the random table were randomly divided in to treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.Results: The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of control group was 66.67%,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms such as cough,stool,diet and tongue image(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qigui Jiedu Tongluo decoction is effective in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy(Qi and Yin deficiency with blood stasis and toxicity),there were no obvious adverse reactions and side effects,it is a safe and effective medicine to treat this disease. |
