Electro Acupuncture At Yunting Area For The Treatment Of Posterior Circulation Ischemia (Phlegm Dampness Type) Clinical Research

ObjectiveObservation of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo(phlegm dampness type)of patients,on the basis of western medicine to give the same medical treatment,electro acupuncture at Yunting area combined with dialectical choose acupuncture point and simple dialectical choose acupuncture point for patients with vertigo symptom improvement,through the skull Doppler ultrasonic grapher(TCD)were observed before and after treatment in patients with the left vertebral artery(LVA)and the right vertebral artery(RVA),peak blood flow velocity and the change of the blood vessel pulsation index,discusses the electro acupuncture at Yunting area for the mechanism of action of patients with vertigo symptom improvement,for the PCI vertigo(phlegm dampness type)of integrated traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine treatment provides a new method.MethodsResearch objects are from Henan university of TCM the first affiliated hospital of encephalopathy patients hospitalized in the third area,diagnose the patients according to the standards of PCI in western medicine,and that of vertigo(type of phlegm dampness)in Traditional Chinese Medicine and then divide the 60 patients into 2 groups,30 cases in control group(dialectical acupuncture point)and 30 cases in treatment group(electro acupuncture at Yunting area combined with dialectical choose acupuncture point).Two groups of patients to give the same western medicine foundation treatment,on the basis of the medicine treatment,two groups of patients given different acupuncture method.Control group: normal acupuncture dialectical choose acupuncture point.Treatment group: electrical stimulation Yunting area combined with dialectical choose acupuncture point;Operation method: after acupuncture Yunting area electric acupuncture apparatus for continuous wave electro-acupuncture strength in patients feel comfortable for degree,normal acupuncture combined with dialectical choose acupuncture point.Both the two groups after treatment in the acupuncture retaining needle 30 min,1 time a day,7 days for a course,a total of 2 courses of treatment,each during the course of one day off.Curative effect evaluation method: according to the record before 1 day and 15 days after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome integral and BA,LVA and RVA peak systolic blood flow velocity and pulse index,in the case of a change to evaluate the effect of two groups of treatment,to determine the clinical curative effect.Results1.Statistics before and after treatment in patients with vertigo TCM syndrome integral scale of relevant data,through comparison before and after treatment group and control group P=0.049,the treatment group P=0.014,P<0.05,the two groups after treatment of vertigo TCM syndrome integral can be obviously improved;Statistical of the two groups after treatment of vertigo syndrome integral,P=0.020,P<0.05,the treatment group to the improvement of the syndrome integral situation is better than the control group.2.Within two methods,compared two groups before and after treatment: P_B=0.001,P_L=0.001,PR=0.001;The treatment group P_B=0.001,P_L=0.001,PR=0.001.The two groups P<0.05,two groups of patients with curative effect can be enhance the systolic peak flow velocity of BV?RVA and LVA.Compared after treatment,between the two methods,P_B=0.004,P_L=0.002,PR=0.001.P<0.05.Two groups of treatment difference compared to the improvement of peak blood flow velocity,P_B=0.004,P_L=0.011,PR=0.002.P<0.05.The treatment group to enhance bilateral artery and basilar artery in patients with peak blood flow velocity is better than in control group.3.The two groups before and after treatment group P_B=0.003,P_L=0.001,PR=0.001.The treatment group P_B=0.02,P_L=0.001,PR=0.001;P<0.05.The curative effect of two groups were lower in patients' pulses index of BV?LVA?RVA.In the two groups after treatment compared with P_B=0.233,P>0.05.P_L=0.003,PR=0.009.P<0.05.Difference between the two groups compared with P_B=0.151,P>0.05.P_L=0.004,PR=0.045.P<0.05.Acupuncture method for the two groups can decrease the BA?LVA and RVA pulsation index,and the treatment group can be better reduce the LVA and RVA pulsation index.For BA pulsation index lower,on obvious difference was found between two groups.Conclusion1.Electrical stimulating at Yunting area can strengthen BA,LVA,RVA peak systolic blood flow velocity,reduce the LVA and RVA pulsation index,to the BA pulsation index,has no obvious effect.2.Electro acupuncture at Yunting area is mainly on the improvement of the symptoms of patients with vertigo degree is obvious,for patients' other associated symptoms such as blurred vision?numbness ect,have no obvious improvement.3.Electro acupuncture at Yunting area for light syndrome patients with single vertigo symptom have obvious curative effect;For the patients with heavier and accompanying symptoms the treatment effect is not obvious.4.The onset of PCI ischemia is urgent,ischemia is the main cause of atherosclerosis,acupuncture and western medicine is cannot change the cerebral vascular sclerosis lesions,but western medicine medical treatment in ischemia can be enhance when parts of the cerebral blood flow,improve blood flow,head and needle is of great significant for the adjustment of the syndromes.Western medicine coordination acupuncture treatment can shorten the time,and improve the clinical cure rate,and treatment of PCI Vertigo should insist for a long time to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine.
