Objective:this article through to the Finn treatment of acupuncture combined g club of corpus luteum insufficiency infertility in clinical curative effect observation, and compared with pure g’group shall be controlled and objective evaluation, actively explore the role of acupuncture in the treatment of the disease and its mechanism, clear acupuncture to improve ovarian function, promote the follicular development, enhance the role of corpus luteum function.Put forward more effective treatment for clinical treatment of this disease.Method:according to the clinical research into the standard as a result of inadequate corpus luteum function36cases of infertility patients, randomly divided into two groups:treatment group (18cases of application of acupuncture combined g’treatment, the control group with simple g’Finn treatment.Observe two groups of patients after three menstrual cycles before and after treatment, TCM syndrome, pregnancy rate of follicular, endometrial, BBT and body mass index, serum hormone levels to improve the situation. The curative effect of score after treatment with statistical method, evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment of this disease.Results:after acupuncture combined medication of corpus luteum insufficiency in patients with infertility have7cases of pregnancy, the pregnancy rate was41.18%, the western medicine group of5cases of pregnancy, the pregnancy rate was29.41%, no statistical significance (P>0.05), but the treatment group is superior to western medicine group;Comparison between the two groups treatment group in improving clinical symptoms, BBT is obviously better than that of control group (P<0.05).The treatment group and control group in improving the blood serum of female, progestational hormone, follicle diameter, endometrial thickness were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:acupuncture to improve the function of ovarian corpus luteum, promote the follicular development, regulate menstruation and improve female serum progesterone levels, increase the rate of pregnancy to reduce the effect of early abortion rate, safe and effective, patients with no adverse reactions, worthy of further research.
