Objective: To observe the difference of curative effect of Qi Ming granule differentiation of disease and the treatment of dry eye of diabetes with simple Qi Ming granuleand the related factors of diabetic xerophthalmia.Methods: 42 patients with dry eye syndrome of Qi and yin deficiency type were randomly divided into 21 groups(42 eyes)and 21 cases(42 eyes)of differentiation and differentiation of symptoms and signs.The syndrome differentiation group was treated with diabetes basal therapy + Qi Ming granule + disease differentiation drug +partial / concurrent syndrome)+ Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops.Qi Ming granule group was treated with diabetes basal treatment + Qi Ming granule + Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops.4 weeks for a course of treatment,observe 2 treatment,TCM syndrome score,dry eye symptom score,OSDI score,visual acuity,fundus score,tear break-up time(TBUT),tear secretion(SIT),corneal fluorescein staining(FL),corneal sensation,minute blink and ocular surface protection index(OPI)and meibomian secretion.Result:1.After treatment,the observation indexes of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Qi Ming granule group 42 eyes after the treatment of dry eye clinical effect of 0 cases(100%),effective 42 cases,invalid 0 cases,disease group of42 eyes after the treatment of dry eye condition improved markedly in 28 cases(66.7%),14(33.3%)cases,0 cases were invalid,Qi Ming granule group and dry eye disease group curative effect difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.disease group of 42 eyes after the improvement of the curative effect of TCM syndrome after treatment,effective in 14 cases(17.1%),18(24.4%)cases,invalid 10cases(11.9%),Qi Ming granule group 42 eyes after treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome in 8 cases(9.5%),14(17.1%)cases,invalid 20(23.8%)cases,disease group and the Qi Ming granule group in TCM syndrome curative effect difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Gender and dry feeling,foreign body sensation correlation(P<0.05).4.The tear secretion function was significantly positively correlated with TCM syndrome score,OSDI score and FL(P < 0.01),and positively correlated with the number of blinks per minute(P < 0.05).The tear secretion function was negatively correlated with the course of diabetes,OPI(P < 0.01),and negatively correlated with dry eye duration,Hb A1 c,TBUT(P < 0.05),but no significant correlation with blood glucose.5.Dryness sensation was positively correlated with fundus score,blink time per minute,secretion of meibomian glands,corneal sensation,visual acuity,,and FL(P <0.05),and negatively correlated with TBUT and OPI(P < 0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between corneal perception and fundus score(P <0.01).The fundus score was negatively correlated with Hb A1c(P < 0.01).Conclusion:1.The curative effect of Qi Ming granule in treating dry eye of diabetes with Qi Yin deficiency is exact.Compared with the two groups,the patients with differentiation of symptoms and signs of the syndrome differentiation group were markedly increased,indicating that Qi Ming granule differentiation of symptoms and signs,differentiation of symptoms and signs,the treatment of dry Qi deficiency of both qi and Yin were better than simple treatment with Qi Ming granule.2.Qi Ming granule differentiation and differentiation of symptoms and signs,treatment of Qi and yin deficiency diabetes dry eye in the improvement of symptoms of Chinese medicine is better than the treatment of simple Qi Ming granules.3.In diabetic patients,the symptoms of dryness and foreign body sensation were more obvious in women than in men.4.Tear secretion function is closely related to TCM syndrome score,OSDI score,diabetic course,dry eye course,Hb A1 c,TBUT,FL,OPI,blink times per minute,No correlation with blood glucose.5.It indicated that the incidence of dry eye was indirectly related to blood glucose control.
