The Relationship Between Porsonality Characteristics And TCM Syndrome Types Of Hypertension Patients With Anxiety And Depression

Objective By hypertension with and without anxiety and depression in patients with normal circumstances,personality characteristics,TCM syndrome questionnaire,to observe the effect of factors,analysis of personality characteristics and distribution of TCM syndromes of depression in patients with hypertension with anxiety;hypertensive patients correlation between the degree of anxiety with personality characteristics and TCM syndromes,psychology,medicine angle of hypertension prevention,comprehensive treatment,to provide a reference.Methods Study from 2015.3-2016.2 psychological treatment in Henan Province Hospital of TCM psychatric,The Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of TCM,The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University,select patients with hypertension and normal blood pressure met the inclusion criteria of the questionnaire.It includes: general information fill(age,sex,marital status,education,occupation,etc.),HAD,EPQ-RSC,SAS score and Hypertension with TCM Pattern established.This study was divided into two parts: One: Based on HAD score,divided into study group(Hypertension with anxiety and depression,44 cases)and control group(hypertension is not accompanied by anxiety and depression,40 cases),the general situation of the two groups of patients,personality characteristics were analyzed,anxiety,depression and personality characteristics was observed between the two groups in the distribution of TCM syndrome.Two: Select hypertensive patients with normal blood pressure and 50 cases were compared between the distribution of the degree of anxiety and personality characteristics,and to explore its relevance;Analysis of anxiety and personality traits of hypertensive patients TCM type of correlation between.All data were statistically analyzed using the software SPSS19.0,count data expressed as a percentage,compared with ?2test,measurement data,using t test,P<0.05 was significant difference for the effective correlation using Spearman correlation analysis,and more between groups SNK-q test.Results Results One Study Group 1 and the control group in age,gender no significant difference(P>0.05),in the age composition ratio,the two groups are mostly young,there are significant differences in comparative education,occupational(P<0.05);2 study and control groups in terms of personality characteristics to education(college and above)personality traits N score,the study group was higher,with a very significant difference(P<0.01),occupational(engaged in mental)research Personality characteristics of patients N(P<0.01),P(P<0.05)than the control group;3 anger hyperactivity highest incidence of anxiety and depression,was(60.0%),followed by phlegm-dampness,was(52.2%),phlegm dampness,yin and yang of Hypertension with the lowest incidence of anxiety and depression;Study Group 4 in anger hyperactivity,personality traits N hyperactivity score was statistically significant(P<0.01),phlegm dampness,yin and yang personality traits N score was not statistically significant(P>0.05);two personality characteristics between groups with different typing of P score was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Results Two 1 hypertensive group and normotensive group score in SAS(P<0.01)was statistically significant(P<0.01)on N and personality characteristics,personality traits and hypertension group SAS N Spearman correlation analysis(r = 0.59,P = 0.02);2 Different TCM hypertensive group and normotensive group SAS score was not statistically significant(P>0.05),while neuroticism scores of N in the multiple comparisons between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),where anger hyperactivity of N statistically significant(P<0.05),among the other four groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion 1 exists in a state of anxiety and depression in patients with hypertension,especially with anxiety more pronounced.2 Hypertension with anxiety and depression in the occupation,level of education have a certain regularity,in the personality characteristics with N,P for the performance,with emotional instability,withdrawal and other characteristics.3 TCM syndromes in anger hyperactivity-based,with significant N,P personality traits can be used as a reference index for clinical diagnosis,the remaining three syndromes reference of little significance.4 The anxiety and personality characteristics of high N leukemia patients have some relevance,while the TCM diagnostic reference value is limited,with a description of emotional instability,easy to tension in patients with hypertension and other personality characteristics are more vulnerable to anxiety,and a higher level of anxiety.
