The Clinical Mechanism Research By Tiaojing Series Prescriptions Fortreating Kidney Empty Polycystic Ovary Syndrome By Cycle Therapy

Objective: Study on the patients with PCOS of kidney deficiency type,Based on the Tiaojing series prescriptions(Erzi prescription and Chaoshu decoction)clinical observation period of treatment of patients with PCOS,To explore its mechanism and evaluate its curative effect.To provide theoretical and practical basis for clinical treatment of PCOSMethods: Select 60 threatened abortion patients from Jan.2014 to Dec.2015 treated in Henan Province traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital gynecology.Randomized grouping,including 30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group,30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group were compared with the control group.Cases in treatment group were treated with Tiaojingseries prescriptions(Erzi prescription and Chaoshu decoction)treatment,Tiaojing series prescriptions(Erzi prescription and Chaoshu decoction)prepared by drug manufacturing room of Henan Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.The control group were treated with Tiaojing cuyun pill(Manufacturer: Beijing Tong Ren Tang Limited by Share Ltd Tong Ren Tang Pharmaceutical Factory,product lot number: national drug standard word Z110200027)and Yueyueshu(Manufacturer: Henan Province Wan Xi pharmaceutical Limited by Share Ltd,batch number: Zhunzi Z41021972)Treatment for three months as a course of treatment,according to the conditions of treatment 1-2 courses.TCM symptom score,body mass index,sex hormones,insulin resistance index,ovarian size changes and ovulation were observed before and after treatmentb between the treatment group and control group.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was86.67% higher than that of the control group of 56.67%,the two groups were compared,the treatment group was better.In improving menstruation,Chinese medicine clinical symptoms,improve the advantages of follicular discharge rate and improve the rate of pregnancy,the treatment group is better.In the reduction of LH/FSH,LH,T,FINS level,the treatment group before and after the treatment,the difference is bigger,the treatment group before and after improvement to be better than the control group.Conclusion: Tiaojing series prescriptions can significantly improved in patients with endocrine disorder state,to the laws of menstruation cramps and try to avoid long-term complications;Always Can significantly improve the number of patients with the dominant follicl,increase the chance of pregnancy and improve family happiness.That is also can improve the clinical symptoms of kidney deficiency type polycystic ovary syndrome.Cycle therapy can better adjust the menstrual cycle,so that it can form a regular menstruation.
