Clinical Research Of Chinese Medicine Cycle Therapy In Combination With Elector Acupuncture Treatment Of Spleen-kidney Deficiency Type Decreasing Ovarian Reserve

Objective:In this study,the TCM periodic therapy combined with acupuncture,and simple TCM cycle therapy,Electra-acupuncture therapy for comparison.Through the relevant cases collected,analysis and evaluation of clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with acupuncture treatment on cycle decreased spleen kidney two falsely type ovarian function,in order to broaden the way of treatment,provide an effective basis.Methods:Selection into the diagnostic standard of 60 patients with ovarian function decline,according to the clinical randomized controlled trials are divided into three groups,each group 20 cases.The treatment group(group A),pure electric acupuncture control group(group B),pure Chinese medicine control group(group C).Using Chinese medicine cycle therapy in combination with electric acupuncture,group A group B USES the pure Chinese medicine cycle therapy,group C using pure electric acupuncture therapy.Watch for three menstrual cycles.Mainly compare the overall efficacy of three groups after treatment,menstruation,blood FSH,LH/FSH,AFC,symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine integral.Results:The TCM periodic therapy of Electra-acupuncture combined with the total effective rate was 95%,the simple Electra-acupuncture group(B group)the total effective rate was 61.1%;the pure Chinese medicine control group(group C)compared to the total efficiency of 60.0%.3 group,P=0.014(P <0.05).There was significant difference between the 22,22,the adjusted test level a =0.017.A group(TCM cycle therapy combined with Electra-acupuncture group)and group B(only Electra-acupuncture group)the total efficiency difference was statistically significant(P = 0.016 P<0.017);A group(TCM cycle therapy combined with Electra-acupuncture group and C group(only herbs)the total efficacy was also statistically significant(P =0.002;P<0.017)and B group(acupuncture treatment group)and C group(Chinese medicine group)curative effect comparison,P = 0.944(P>0.017),the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:TCM cycle therapy combined with Electra-acupuncture has better improve the basal body temperature,increase the rate of double,can effectively improve the patient's endocrine hormone levels,relieve symptoms,adjust the menstrual cycle,its curative effect superior to the pure Chinese medicine therapy or simple acupuncture therapy.
