| Objective:This study focused on TCM syndrome distribution in LPD recurrent spontaneous abortion pre-pregnant patients,in order to provide a good foundation for the clinical syndrome and treatment.On this basis,combined cycle treatment and psychological intervention,observed its improvement on LPD recurrent spontaneous abortion pre-pregnant patients'endocrine,anxiety and depression syndrome,with a view to providing better clinical treatment for recurrent abortion of luteal phase defect.Methods:Part one:from January 2019 to January 2020,collected 110 pre-patients with LPD recurrent spontaneous abortion who were admitted to the gynecological outpatient department of our hospital,asked them to fill out the questionnaire which include their basic situation,menstruation,TCM syndromes.Entered data in Excel and built a database.Counted and analyzed the basic situation,TCM syndromes and distribution of clinical symptoms from the LPD recurrent spontaneous abortion pre-pregnant patients.Part two:from January 2019 to January 2020,collected 64 pre-patients with LPD recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by kidney-deficiency and liver-stagnation who were admitted to the gynecological outpatient department of our hospital,treated them with cycle treatment and psychological intervention.Observed before and after treatment,the changes of six hormones,basal body temperature?BBT?,mental state scores?self-rating anxiety and self-rating depression scale?and TCM syndrome scores of patients,summarized the clinical effects.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 software.Results:Part one:1.The survey results show that among the 110 patients included,the oldest was 40 years old and the youngest was 24 years old,with an average age of 31.41±3.46 years old,0.9%of the population was 20-24 years old,32.7%of the population was 25-29 years old,the number of people aged 30-34 accounts for 48.2%,and the number of people over 35 accounts for18.2%.The majority of the BMI index is normal,accounting for 80%,the number of wasting is 7.3%,and the number of overweight and obese is 12.7%.In terms of the number of adverse pregnancy,the number of people who had 2 adverse pregnancies accounts for 60.9%,the number of people who had 3 adverse pregnancies accounts for 31.8%,and the number of people who had?4 adverse pregnancies accounts for 7.3%.Of those,89 patients had a history of uterine cervix,accounting for 80.9%.2.The survey results show that in the 110 patients included,the clinical symptoms of high frequency to low frequency are as follows:backache and soft knees?67.2%?,irritability?62.7%?,light menstruation?58.2%?,chills and cold limbs?56.4%?,poor menstruation?48.2%?,chest tightness and bloating?46.4%?,low menstrual flow?44.5%?,fatigue?42.7%?,menstrual cramps?42.7%?,menstrual thinness?40%?,intermenstrual bleeding?36.4%?,low belching and eating?35.5%?,premenstrual period?34.5%?,prolonged menstruation?32.7%?,nausea?31.8%?,dark yellow complexion?28.2%?,the frequency of urination?25.5%?,and dizziness and tinnitus?24.5%?.3.The survey results show that among the 110 patients included,kidney-deficiency combined with liver-stagnation type is the most common type of TCM syndrome,with a total of 42 cases,accounting for 38.2%of the total.Among the main types,kidney-deficiency type is the most common type,with a total of 58 cases,accounting for 52.7%of the total,of which35 cases of kidney yang deficiency and 23 cases of kidney yin deficiency;followed by 27cases of spleen-yang deficiency?24.6%?,15 cases of liver stagnation type?13.6%?and 10cases of weakness of qi and blood?9.1%?.Among the concurrent type,the most common type is the liver stagnation type,a total of 49 cases,accounting for 44.5%of the total.Part two:1.Compared the six hormones of women before and after treatment.After treatment,the level of P increased,the difference was statistically significant?P=0.000<0.01?.There was no significant change in FSH E2PRL LH and T levels after treatment,the differences were not statistically significant?P>0.05?.2.Compared the BBT level before and after treatment.After treatment,the HPS scores increased,the BBT days of high temperature increased,the differences were statistically significant?P=0.000<0.01?.3.Compared the psychological status before and after treatment.After treatment,the SDS score and SAS score were lower than before,the differences were statistically significant?P=0.000<0.01?.4.Compared the scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment.After treatment,scores of individual symptoms of TCM were lower than before,the difference was statistically significant?P=0.000<0.01?;scores of TCM syndromes after treatment were lower than before,the difference was statistically significant?P=0.000<0.01?.);Analysis of the efficacy of TCM syndromes after treatment,the cure rate was 5%,the marked effective rate was 30%,the effective rate was 56.7%,the total effective rate was 91.7%.Research conclusions:1.The most common clinical symptoms of luteal phase defect in patients with recurrent pregnancy loss are backache and soft knees,irritability,light menstruation,followed by chills,cold limbs,poor menstruation,chest tightness,bloating,low menstrual flow,and dizziness,fatigue,meridian block,thin menstruation.The common clinical type is kidney-deficiency and liver-stagnation type.2.Pre-pregnancy TCM cycle therapy for pre-pregnant patients with LPD recurrent abortion kidney-deficiency and liver-stagnation type can improve corpus luteum function,in order to improve the success rate of re-pregnancy.3.Pre-pregnancy psychological intervention for pre-pregnant patients with LPD recurrent abortion kidney-deficiency and liver-stagnation type can reduce their depression and anxiety scores,improve their psychological state,and improve their mental health.4.The Chinese medicine cycle method has no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment,,which effect is reliable,and provides new ideas and new methods for the clinical treatment of pregnant women with recurrent abortion due to luteal phase defect. |
