The Qingresanjie Decoction In The Treatment Of Erythema Nodesum To Observe The Clinical Effect

Objective:Through the observation of Qingresanjie Decoction in the treatment of erythema nodesum(pattern of dampness-heat obstruction) to study the efficacy of supplement Qingresanjie Decoction on the disease lesions, clinical symptoms.Methods:Cases were selected from the Department of Dermatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine from 2014 December to 2015 December,72cases of patients, randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group completed the treatment in 35 cases. The control group completed the treatment of 34cases, including 3 cases in the observation shed. The control group completed the treatment of 34cases, including 3 cases in the observation shed. The treatment group was given Qingresanjie Decoction, each 150ml,2 times a day, after meals; while the control group was treated with Zhongtongxiao capsule,2 capsules each time,3 times a day, after meals,.1 period of treatment 2 weeks, observe 2 treatment course. After the end of treatment,observe to the change of the nodule number,red coler,the degree of pain and.the average size of nodulesResults:Clinincal studies have shown,After 4 weeks of treatment, the treatment group total effective rate was 94.30%,the control group total effective rate was 82.35%, and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, with statistical significance, (P< 0.05),there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group could significantly improve the number of nodules, color, the degree of pain,.the average sizeand other symptoms.Conclusions:1. Qingresanjie decoction not only can effectively:improve the hardess of the skin of erythema nodesum (pattern of dampness-heat obstruction) patients of rheumatism stasis,also show the effect of treatment is better than Zhongtongxiao capsule2. The Qingresanjie decoctionis Safe and effective treatment prescriptions(pattern of dampness-heat obstruction) of the erythema nodesum patietsof rheumatism stasis.
