Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Zi Jin San Jie Tang Decoction For The Treatmen Of Stagnation Of Damo Heat Erythemanodosum

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Zi Jin San Jie Decoction in the treatment of erythema nodular of damp-heat Hepatic Depression type,compare the symptoms and the changes of laboratory indicators in patients before and after treatment,then provide a more targeted,more effective,less affordable,and easily taken medicine.Method:To observe the effect of 80 patients that conform to nodular erythema of damp-heat hepatic depression type.The patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of random,each group had 40 patients.The treatment group was treated with a self-designed prescription of Zi Jin San Jie Decoction.The control group was given to Lian Qiao Bai Du tablets,4 weeks is a course of treatment.Compare the symptoms before and after treatment and the change of Antistreptolysin O and Erythro cyt sedimentation rate.Collect the date,then according to different research data,use the corresponding statistical methods.Result:1.In the treatment group and the control group,the skin lesions were significantly improved after treatment.The improvement degree of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.2.Both erythrocyte sedimentation and anti-streptolysin O levels were significantly decreased in both the treatment and control groups.The reduction in the treatment group was more pronounced than in the control group.3.The total effective rate of treatment group is 92.50%,the control group is 77.50%.There were significant differences in clinical efficacy between the two groups(p<0.05).4.The patients'symptoms in the treatment group and the control group improved after receiving the systematic treatment,the treatment was more effective than the control group.5.The decline of clinical symptom score of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group and significant differences in clinical efficacy between the two groups(p<0.05).Conclusion:? Zijin Sanjie Decoction can relieve various symptoms of patients with erythema nodosa and improve their quality of life.?Zijin Sanjie Decoction is an effective clinical medicine for the treatment of damp-heat hepatic depression nodular erythema.
