Clinical Study Of Wubi Shanyao Decoction Treatment Of Chronic Urinary Tract Infection Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency, Dampness Retention Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wubi Shanyao decoction in the treatment of chronic urinary tract infection,to evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Wubi Shanyao decoctionin the treatment of urinary tract infection,and to provide a new way of thinking for the treatment of chronic urinary tract infection with traditional Chinese medicine,and provide theoretical basis for reducing the use of antibiotics.Method:Will meet the inclusion criteria of the 60 patients, were randomly divided into test group(30 cases),control group(30 cases).Control group patients are advised to rest,more water,often based on voiding given Fufang Shiwei capsules treatment,in the experimental group,the patients were instructed to rest,more water,often based on voiding given Wubi Shanyao decoction.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Observation of patients before and after urine white blood cell(WBC),urine culture and TCM symptoms and syndromes integral changes.All data processing are carried out in the statistical software SPSS17.0,P < 0.05 for significant differences;P < 0.01 for very significant difference,P >0.05 was no significant difference.Results:1,Spleen and kidney weak,damp heat retention TCM syndromes integral:experimental group recovery rate is 3.33%,markedly effective rate is 56.67%,40.00% efficiency,the effective rate was 100%,the control group markedly effective rate of 3.33%,83.33% efficiency,no effective rate was 13.33%,the total efficiency 86.67%.The experimental group before and after treatment,symptom scores compared with very significant statistical significance(P < 0.01).2,Compared with the control group, experimental group after treatment TCM symptom score is obviously superior to the control group(P < 0.01),leukocyte curative effect is better than control group(P < 0.05), urine culture was better than that of control group(p<0.05).3,the liver and kidney function before and after treatment was not significantly changed(p>0.05) and were in the normal range,which showed that the use of the safe and no obvious side effects.Conclusion:Wubi Shanyao Decoctionin for the treatment of chronic urinary tract infection(Lao Lin) of spleen and kidney weak,damp heat retention, can significantly improve the patients with Micturition,urgent urination,Onset of fatigue,tired,lumbar debility,dizziness tinnitus,and other Spleen and kidney weak,damp heat retention clinical manifestations of TCM,significantly improve bacteriuria and clinical curative effect,thus showing Wubi Shanyao Decoctionin for the treatment of this disease advantage.
