Clinical Observation Of Fasting Treatment Without Hunger Teating The Patient Of Type 2 Diabetic Of Spleen Deficiency Phlegm Turbidity And Endomorphy Type

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of 2 type of diabetes mellitus(T2DM) with spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity type with no starvation and fasting therapy.Methods: The randomized, parallel controlled clinical research methods will meet the research requirements of spleen deficiency and phlegm type obesity T2 DM patients. in which 60 cases were treated with digital table randomly as control group(30 cases) treated with conventional western medicine treatment and treatment group(30 cases) given conventional western medicine therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine have no hunger fasting therapy, control group. After the treatment for 2 weeks, observe clinical symptoms, TCM syndrome score, serum levels of insulin, fasting blood glucose, weight, waist to hip ratio and body mass index(BMI) changes to evaluate the traditional Chinese medicine no fasting hunger therapy in the clinical curative effect.Results:1. Chinese medicine clinical symptoms: the treatment group total effective rate 93.3%, the control group total effective rate 63.3%, has the significant difference between groups(P<0.05); 2. TCM syndrome points: treatment group after treatment than before treatment, the Chinese medicine syndrome score is extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01), the control group significantly decreased(P<0.05), and after treatment between the two groups comparation has the significant difference(P<0.01); 3. Serum insulin level: two groups of patients after drug treatment can be very significantly reduced serum insulin levels(treatment group P<0.01 control group P<0.05), and the comparison between the two groups after treatment has a significant difference(P < 0.01).; 4. Fasting blood glucose: two groups of patients after drug treatment can significantly reduce the fasting blood glucose level(P<0.05), after treatment between the two groups compared with significant difference(P<0.05);5. Weight: treatment group after treatment weight compared with those before treatment was significantly reduced(P < 0.01) and the control group in treatment after and before has no significant difference(P > 0.05);6. Waist to hip ratio(WHR): therapy treatment waist hip compared with those before the treatment is extremely decreased significantly(P < 0.01), while the control group in the treatment of lumbar hip had no significant difference compared with those before the treatment(P > 0.05);7. BMI index: after treatment, the BMI index of the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.01). There was no significant difference between the control group after treatment(P>0.05) and before treatment.Conclusion: Chinese medicine of no fasting hunger therapy can significantly reduce the deficiency phlegm type obesity T2 DM patients with insulin resistance, reduce fasting blood glucose, weight index, lessen the problem of obesity among abdominal, obviously improve the clinical symptoms, and improve the quality of life of patients, which validate Chinese non feasibility of hunger fasting therapy treatment of spleen deficiency phlegm obese T2 DM and provides a new idea and method for TCM Prevention and treatment of obesity T2 DM.
