An Electric Acupuncture Treats Clinical Observation Of Chronic Functionality Constipation

Objective : Through comparing the clinical therapeutic effect of an electric acupuncture and prucaloprideto the chronic functionality constipation, to prove that an electric acupuncture where the recent therapeutic effect of the chronic functionality constipation isn't inferior, so that an electric acupuncture can treat chronic functionality constipation and get the better spread by that.Method:Recruits 72 examples of chronic functionality constipation patients in the Qingdao Hai Ci Hospital acupuncture clinic branch outpatient service, after screening time qualified, and divisible into entering 36 people of each randomness in a test team(the electric acupuncture group) and the control group(medicine group) and treating it respectively based on 1:1 percentage by a patient of a random numerical clock and a central random modal pass, the experimental group 4 weeks of treatment and follow-up of 4 weeks, the contrasting group 4 weeks of treatment and follow-up of 4 weeks, collect fill in patients with stage screening, treatment, follow-up, defecation diary card, statistical analysis of relevant data, compared with the clinical results of the two groups of treatment to serious chronic functionality constipations.Result :(1) the experimentalgroup(acupuncture group) 4 weeks treatment period completely all of our defecate number 3 times or more the number of people is not inferior to the control group(drug), two groups of patients treatment period no statistical difference(P > 0.05), two groups of curative effect is relatively close to in the near future.(2)the experimental group(acupuncture group) 4 weeks follow-up completely all of our defecate number 3 or more times the number of people is not inferior to the control group(medicine group), two groups of patients treatment period no statistical difference(P > 0.05), two groups of curative effect is relatively close to the treatment period, but the follow-up analysis of patients with acupuncture group curative effect of patients with persistent is superior to control group.(3) Experimental group(acupuncture group) of PAC- QOL constipation specific quality of life score is better than the control group(medicine group), before and after treatment in patients with significant difference(P < 0.01).(4)The experimental group(acupuncture group) efficient compared with control group(medicine group), P < 0.01, there is significant difference, experimental group(acupuncture group) efficiency is higher than the control group(medicine group).Conclusion : The recent curative effect of an electric acupuncture alleviate chronic functional constipation is not inferior to prucalopride, and it has good clinical curative effect.
