Clinic Research On Correlation Of Mentation And Acupuncture Wheat Gray Moxibustio Treatment Of Chronic Functional Constipation

Objective:Acupuncture and Moxibustion combined treatment of chronic functional constipation and constipation as the main symptoms of clinical efficacy indicators to PAC-QOL scale and the SCL-90 scale as a psychological state were observed to integrate psychology and acupuncture Moxibustion Treatment of chronic functional constipation therapeutic relevance,initially explored psychology and acupuncture treatment of chronic functional constipation effect relationship,in order to find acupuncture treatment of chronic functional constipation effect factor.Methods:According to the RomeⅢcriteria and laboratory test results,collected from February 2009-January 2010 years,Nanjing University of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Nanjing TCM Hospital)diagnosis and treatment of chronic constipation Pelvic Floor Center platform 148 patients with chronic functional constipation cases,50 cases were male and female 698 cases,aged 17-74years of age,disease duration 10.64±9.522 year after year.Constipation type:20patients with slow transit constipation;outlet obstruction constipation 101 cases,of which 42 cases of bowel coordination disorder type,20cases of bowel power insufficiency, lack of defecation dynamic coordination disorder mixed type 39cases,28cases of mixed constipation;not own defecation,need to rely on drugs or methods supporting 94 cases.Were treated by acupuncture combined with Moxibustion.10 times as a course of treatment,observation of 2courses.According to the patients before treatment,SCL-90,HAMD,HAMA scale scores and diagnostic specialist psychiatrists determine their mental state;according to the main symptom scores before and after treatment to judge efficacy.Results:①CFC patients with SCL-90 total score,the positive items,compulsive symptoms,depression,anxiety,hostility,somatization factor were significantly higher than the norm equalization,CFC psychological status of patients with normal there are differences between;②CFC Mental state normal and abnormal group was no significant difference in efficacy;③CFC in patients with abnormal mental status,accompanied by depression and anxiety disorders in patients with CFC,the more severe mental disorder,the worse the effect;④either normal or abnormal mental state group, after treatment, SCL-90 total score and factor scores have decreased than that before treatment,efficacy of different treatment before total score and factor score to change different.conclusion:①CFC high in patients with abnormal mental state;①normal and abnormal mental states CFC efficacy of acupuncture in patients with no significant difference;③CFC for patients with abnormal mental state,when its associated with depression and anxiety,the depression, more severe anxiety,the worse the effect of acupuncture;④acupuncture CFC,regardless of whether patients with psychological abnormalities,their psychological state can be adjusted with the efficacy of acupuncture.
