The Study Of The Clinical Application Of Dazhui(GV14) Acupoint In And Before The Qing Dynasty

Objective:Through arrangement,classification,analysis and sum up relevant materials of the Qing Dynasty and before the time in the previous literature about the GV14 Acupoin-t,which the destination is to sum up the clinical application law of GV14 Acupoint.Methods:By using the "Chinese Medical Classics"(The Fifth Edition) as the main dat-a sources to retrieve related literature about GV14 Acupoint,which include indications of disease and syndrome,compatibility disease,method of needling and moxibustion,then em-ployed Microsoft Office Excel Form to process the data.Results:There are 31 kinds of diseases could GV14 expert at treating,which 9 belong to high-frequency used, such as malaria, colds, diarrhea,etc. 51 species of diseases could combination of acupoints good at curing, which 10 higher incidences contained, such as colds,malaria,stroke,et al. Meanwhile, there are 157 compatibility acupoints match with GV14,which 41 acupoints belong to high frequency used,such as BL13,BL18,ST36.Conclusion:The research results comprehensively demonstrated the clinical applicati-on of law in ancient times on the GV14 Acupoint,which possessed great reference value for modern clinical and scientific research in the future.Moreover,the establishment of database and the whole process of data mining can provide a new method and model for the study of the characteristics and regularity of acupuncture and moxibustion.
