The Literature Research Of Clinical Application Of Fengfu (GV 16) Acupoint In And Before Qing Dynasty

Objective: Through sorting literature of Fengfu(GV 16) acupoint in and before Qing dynasty, and mine the appropriate disease spectrum and the clinical application law of Fengfu(GV 16).Methods: Using the "Chinese Medical Classics"(Fifth Edition) as the information retrieval sources, retrieval the literatures data of Fengfu(GV 16) including attending diseases be treated by single Fengfu(GV 16) acupoint and combining with other acupoints, the compatibility of acupoints and acupuncture and moxibustion methods. Then establish the relevant database and use the Microsoft Office Excel to the statistical analysis of the data.Results: There were 570 article met the inclusion criteria, and 154 ancient books. There were 23 kinds of attending diseases can be treated by single Fengfu(GV 16) acupoint, and the number of high frequency attending diseases is 9. The frequency before the row are Painful hold neck overmatch concurrently, Aiyang disease, Headache; There were 48 kinds of attending diseases treated by Fengfu(GV 16) acupoint combining with other acupoints and the number of high frequency attending diseases is 14. The frequency before the row are Aiyang disease, Syndrome of cold pathogen, Headache, Epilepsy, quiet insanity and manic psychosis; In 157 acupoints combined with Fengfu(GV 16), 15 extra-points, and Fengchi, Shangxing, Baihui are the top three acupoints. There are 7 kinds of needling and moxibustion method, Needling is the main acupuncture technique. The most common depth of needling is needle-third, and the time for acupuncture is third breath. The quantification for moxibustion is three zhuang.Conclusion: The research results of the study show the attending disease range and the ancient clinical application of Fengfu(GV 16) comprehensively, and have a significant reference value for future clinical and scientific research.
