| Objective: To observe the hemostatic effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of symptoms and leakage to improve the situation for Chinese medicine use Huoxue Huayu method to provide a clinical basis for the new treatment of leakage.Methods:1. Choose 60 cases with the standard issue leakage patients, were randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 cases(oral Xuefu Zhu Yu Decoction), control group(30 cases)(oral Gongxuening Capsule).2. Comparison of two groups of patients with age, duration, number of days, vaginal bleeding before treatment the disease distribution, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05), comparable. Give the patients in the experimental group Xuefu by Stasis Decoction, the control group taking Gongxuening Capsule in the treatment of, the hemostatic efficacy of two groups of patients, before and after the treatment, clinical symptoms, hemoglobin content, endometrial thickness change records.Results: The experimental group and the control group, the hemostasis effect, the total effective rate were 93.33%, 66.67%, the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05). The patients in the experimental group bleeding duration, clinical associated symptoms and reduce the thickness of endometrium were superior to the control group, difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the improvement of hemoglobin level between the two groups(P>0.05), but the experimental group was better than the control group. During the treatment, no significant adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion: The Blood Stasis Decoction can quickly and effectively stop bleeding, and can alleviate the symptoms, improve the endometrial thickness, in the maintenance of hemoglobin levels have curative effect, but the effect is not significant. The effective prescription for treating the leakage of Blood Stasis Decoction is worthy to be popularized and used in clinical practice. |
