| Objective:In this paper, through the clinical observation, we cure central serouschorioretinopathy by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,with XuefuZhuyu Decoction, to achieve purpose of Improving choroidal blood circulation andContributing to recovery of visual function in patients.Methods:We observde the outbreakinducements and Fundus fluoresce in angiography characteristics from30cases,andrandomly divided them into two groups——the traditional Chinese medicine group and thelaser group.Patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group take Xuefu ZhuyuDecoction,a dose of medicine,30days continuously.The two groups were observed thevision distribution and the symptoms and signs before and after treatment.Then westatistical treatment of integral and compare them.The blood rheological situation beforeand after treatment in the Chinese traditional medicine group were observed andcompared.Results:The total effective rate of the Chinese traditional medicine group is93.3%.Chinese traditional medicine group have significant differences in visual acuitybefore and after treatment(P＜0.01);The blood viscosity was significantly lower aftertreatment(P＜0.05).Compared with the laser group,it’s no difference in the effective rateand in visual acuity(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Visual acuity,symptoms and signs are improvedobviously by taking Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.Blood rheology level drops.We achieve to theexpected goal.This description ia that the method of promoting blood circulation andremoving blood stasis is feasible.Probably,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can improve thechoroidal blood circulation. |
