Clinical Observation Of The Curative Effects Of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Jiawei Treated Type 2 Diabetes Of Tanyu Hujie

ObjectiveTo study Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Jiawei to treat type 2 diabetes patients of Tanyu Hujie clinical efficacy,analysis of fasting blood glucose(FPG), postprandial 2 hours blood glucose(P2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc), fasting insulin(FINS),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) and other indicators of changes in the relationship between before and after treatment.And explore efficacy and mechanism of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction Jiawei treat type 2 diabetes of Tanyu Hujie.MethodsThe study collected 80 cases patients with type 2 diabetes by the symptoms, tongue and vein differentiation for Tanyu Hujie,randomly divided into 40 cases of treatment group and 40 cases of control group.Maintain the original diet and oral hypoglycemic agents and insulin which is used and the amount.Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Jiawei was given to the treatment group in the basis of treatment the diabetes at the same time,Day 1,1 course of treatment for eight weeks.The control group was given the basis treatment of the diabetes.And observed before and after treatment for fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose 2 hours,glycosylated hemoglobin,total cholesterol, triglyceride,fasting insulin,calculated insulin resistance index.ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%,the total effective rate of the control group was 72.5%,compared the two groups were significantly different(P＜0.01).Which the clinical symptoms before and after treatment,and compared with the control group were significantly different(P＜0.05).The FINS of the treatment group decreased significantly, HOMA-IR significantly decreased before and after treatment(P＜0.05),compared with the control group the difference was significant(P＜0.05).The TC and TG significantly decreased,compared with the control group were significantly different.FPG,P2HPG,HbAlc decreased significantly after treatment, compared with the control group were significantly different(P＜0.05).ConclusionAfter treatment of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Jiawei,the blood glucose and insulin resistance index decreased significantly,which illustrated Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Jiawei in patients with adjuvant therapy can improve the body's sensitivity to insulin,improve effectively insulin resistance,reduce blood fat and improve lipid metabolism disorder.This study confirmed Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Jiawei treat the type 2 diabetes of Tanyu Hujie exact effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of diabetes,improving insulin resistance,worthy of clinical application.
