The Clinical Observation Of The Effect On "Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction" To Treatment Of Fundus Hemorrhage

Objective In this paper,through the clinical observation,we use the therapy of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis to cire the fundus hemorrhage,which is caused by different kinds of the primary affection,analyzing the effect of treating the fundus hemorrhage with the Xueftu Zhuyu Decoction,making a collective assessment of the effect with curing the fundus hemorrhage by the traditional Chinese medicine,to achieve the purpose of improving choroidal blood circulation and contributing to recovery patients’ visual function.Method Use random parallel control method,108 cases of patient with retinal hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups by random number table.The control group of 52 cases,,the cause of treatment,as well as western medicine(Pancreatic Kininogenase Enteric-coated Tablets).The treatment group,56 patients on the basis of given Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,with medical peach kemel 12g,safflower 6g habitat 9g,achytanthes 9g,and Chuan-Xiong 8g,redpeony 5g,licotice 5g,bupleunrum 6g,and ampanulace for 3g.Both groups will take the continuous treatment 30 days for a course of treatment.The 108 patients were observed the predisposing,the vision distribution,the change of ocular fundus,and the condition of macula edema,making a observation of the clinical effect and determining the effect by seeing if there is the obvious difference in these two groups.Results The total effective rate of the Chinese traditional medicine group is 92.86%,the cured case is 30,the markedly improved case is 9,the improved case is 15,and the invalid case is 2.Compared with the western medicine group,it has difference in the effective rate and in visual acuity(P<0.05),and there is no untoward effect in the process of observation.Conclusion This clinical trail have achieved the expected goal,for the visual acuity,symptoms and signs are improved obviously by taking Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.This decoction can treat the retinal hemorrhage caused by a variety of the primary affection.It is proved that that the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is feasible.
