Clinical Observation Of Compound Ruyiheibaisanof Traditional Chinese Medicine Combine Dwitha Cupuncture For Treatingboundedness Vitiligo Phase Of Consolidation

Objective:evaluating the clinical outcomes of compound ruyiheibaisan of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture in treatment of vitiligo.Methods:Selected 60 cases of patients with vitiligo,using random met hod in clinical research,selecting baibowan of Chinese patent drug combine dwith external use of compound Kaliziran tincture as control group.The period of treatment was 2 months.Upon completion of the study,we evaluate the extent of repigmentation.Results: ①Compare the curative effect of the treatment different part on the first month and the second month,the second month the therapeutic effectiveness is better than the first month. ②Compare the curative effect of treatment group and the control group on the first month and the second month.Statistic shows that there is obvious difference between the two groups (P<0.05) on the first month and the second month,the therapeutic effectiveness is better than the control group.Conclusions:Ruyiheibaisan of traditional Chinese medicine could reduce the vitiligo area of patients suffered from vitiligo evidently.Ruyiheibaisan is the efficacious compound prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for remedying against vitiligo.
