The Clinical And Experiment Research Of Supplementing Qi And Nourishing Yin, Activating Blood And Water For The Treatment Of The Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective: Through the investigation and study of clinical cases, the main observation Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin, activating blood and water treatment, clinical therapeutic effects of early diabetic nephropathy, discuss the improvement of symptoms, reduce the corresponding mechanism such as renal damage.Methods: Select 60 patients in early diabetic nephropathy qi and Yin deficiency, blood stasis resistance collaterals syndrome patients and using randomized controlled methods, 30 cases were randomly divided into control group and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group 30 cases. In foundation treatment in both groups at the same time, the control group given oral valsartan capsules(Diovan), 80 mg, one time a day, traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were given qi huoxue fang(water decoction, a dose of daily, morning and evening twice), 8 weeks treatment, observe two groups before and after the treatment of the patient's clinical symptoms, blood glucose, blood lipids and c-reactive protein, and renal function such as indicators, and statistical analysisResults: The total effective rate of the two groups were as follows: 83.33% in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and 56.66% in the Valsartan group. After treatment, the clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved, and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment the blood glucose, blood lipid, C-reactive protein, and renal function indexes of the two groups patients were significantly decreased. Meanwhile in terms of C-reactive protein and renal function, traditional Chinese medicine treatment group compared with the control group decreased significantly what with a statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1. Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin, activating blood and water can improve the early diabetic nephropathy qi and Yin deficiency, blood stasis resistance collaterals syndrome in patients with clinical symptoms and signs; 2. Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin, activating blood and water can reduce blood sugar, regulate lipid metabolism 3. Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin, activating blood and water can reduce urinary protein, improve patients with early renal function, 4. Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin, activating blood and water can significantly reduce the patient's level of inflammation factors, improve the state of inflammation, and delay the progress of diabetic nephropathy in a certain extent.
