The Observation Of Banxiaxiaopi Soup's Clinical Effect In Treating The Fullness With Damp And Hot (Chronic Non Atrophic Gastritis)

Objective:To provide effective treatments for fullness with damp and hot(chronic non atrophic gastritis) in Yuncheng province through the observation of clinical efficacy and safety of Banxiaxiaopi Soup combined with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets for the treatment of fullness with damp and hot(chronic non atrophic gastritis).Methods:79 eligible subjects were collected in this study. According to random and control principle, they were divided into two groups except the shedding case. There were33 cases in the experimental group and 35 cases in the control group. The experimental group was given Banxiaxiaopi Soup combined with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets and the control group was given Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Changes in TCM syndromes, gastroscopy and Histopathology before and after the treatment were compared between tow groups.Results:1. Evaluation of TCM syndromes :(1) TCM syndrome curative effect of the experimental group was better than the control group by rank sum test(P<0.05).(2)After treatment, the TCM syndrome total score of the two groups were lower than pretreatment(P<0.01), and the score of the experimental group was higher than the control group.2. Comparison of single TCM symptom scores:(1) Every TCM symptom of the experimental group and the control group has significant improvement after treatment(P<0.05).(2) Curative effect of five TCM syndrome, abdominal fullness, bitter taste and dry mouth, heavy and sleepy, Short and yellow urine and Poor bowel movement, of the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3. Efficacy evaluation of gastroscopy :(1) The total gastroscopy score of the experimental group and the control group has significant improvement after treatment(P<0.01). The curative effect of the experimental group was better than the control group after treatment(P<0.01).(2) The two therapeutic methods have effect on gastric mucosal erythema, mucosal erosion and mucosal bleeding( P < 0.01). The experimental group was better than the control group in the treatment of mucosal erosion(P<0.05). There was no difference between the two groups in the mucosal erythemaand mucosal bleeding(P>0.05).4. Histopathological evaluation:(1)The histopathological evaluation score of the two groups has been improved after treatment(P<0.01).The experimental group was better than the control group in the treatment of chronic inflammation(P<0.05). There was no difference between the two groups in the effect of active inflammation(P>0.05).(2)There was no significant difference between the two groups in the clinical effect of chronic inflammation and active inflammation(P>0.05).5. Safety evaluation:There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment period according to safety index.Conclusion:1. Banxiaxiaopi Soup combined with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets for the treatment of fullness with damp and hot(chronic non atrophic gastritis) was better than the control group in terms of efficacy and improvement of TCM syndromes.2. In gastroscopy,Banxiaxiaopi Soup combined with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets could improve the gastric mucosal erythema, erosion, bleeding.Curative effect in treating gastric mucosal erosion is better than that of the control group simply using Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets.3. In histopathology, Banxiaxiaopi Soup combined with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets could improve the chronic inflammation and active inflammation.Curative effect in treating chronic inflammation is better than that of the control group.4. Treatment of fullness with damp and hot in Yuncheng province by Banxiaxiaopi Soup combined with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets is safe, effective and worth clinical promotion.
