Logistic Regression Analysis Of The Risk Factors Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis And Clinical Research On The Piweishire Type Of Fuzheng Qingyou Soup

Objective To explore the risk factors affecting the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis and to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and health education,and to analyze the therapeutic effect of "Fuzheng Qingyou Decoction" on spleen-stomach damp-heat type of chronic atrophic gastritis and to guide the clinical treatment.Method Select July 2015 ~ July 2017 between the Department of Gastroenterology,First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic and ward diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis patients as Fuzheng Qinguang Tang observation of efficacy,a total of 67 cases included(experiment Group 34 cases,control group 33 cases).After the experiment,the curative effect of the data was analyzed.The clinical data of the 67 cases were compared with 126 cases of chronic gastritis(including 25 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis)A total of 193 patients were divided into two groups(CAG group,non-CAG group)regression analysis to identify the risk factors.The two groups of clinical data were analyzed by univariate analysis,measurement data t test,count data using 2 test,then the risk factors that may affect the gradual introduction of logistic regression analysis,P <0.05 risk factors into the regression model,independent risk factors and logistic regression equation and test regression model significance.Result1.Before and after treatment two groups of TCM syndrome score comparison results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two syndromes.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased.Among them,body weakness and loose stool diarrhea had no significant difference between the two groups.In the experimental group,Heartburn,postprandial boredom,adolescent eating less,nausea and vomiting and TCM syndromes total score lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.2.After treatment,two groups of gastritis curative effect comparison In the experimental group,21 cases were cured,9 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 88.23%.In the control group,12 cases were cured,10 cases were effective and 11 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 66.67%(P < 0.05)The above results show that Fuzheng Qingyou Decoction treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis have a significant effect of spleen and stomach.3.associated with the incidence of univariate analysis:Two groups of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis bile reflux,long-term aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug use history,Helicobacter pylori infection and bad habits of the nitrosyl compound diet,age,between the five indicators The difference was statistically significant(all P <0.05);smoking history,alcohol abuse history,high salt diet,irregular diet,regular consumption of fried food,regular smoked barbecue meat products,spicy food,familial gastric history differences in the two groups without statistics Significance of learning(all P> 0.05)4.Multivariate analysis associated with prognosis:According to the results of univariate analysis,five risk factors of P <0.05,which may affect the incidence of chronic atrophic gastritis,were selected and introduced into Logistic regression.The significance level of 0.05 was excluded,and the risk factors that entered the regression equation were bile reflux,chronic aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,Hp infections.Conclusion1.Fuzheng Qingyou Decoction treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach significant effect Univariate analysis showed that the history of smoking,alcoholism,high salt diet,irregular diet,regular smoked barbecue meat food,eat spicy food,familial gastric history of non-risk factors for the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis,bile reflux,Long-term aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug use history,Helicobacter pylori infection and bad habits of the nitrosyl compound diet,regular consumption of fried foods as a risk factor for the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that bile reflux,long-term use of aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs history,HP infection of these three variables into the regression model is an independent risk factor for the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis.
