Study On The Level Of Infection With Helicobacter Pylori And Gastric Secretion Of Tumor Necrosis Factor α(TNF-α), Interleukin-1β (IL-1β) And Secretory Immunoglobulin A (sIgA) Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Damp-Hest Yun Spleen Syndrome

Objective:To investigate pathological changes of gastric mucosa,gastric secretion of tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and secretory immunoglobulin A(sIgA) and the level of infection with Helicobacter pylori,which caused by Damp-Hest Yun spleen syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis;and compared with the control group of liver—stomach incoordination syndrome,to reveal the relevance between Damp-Hest Yun spleen syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis and the level of infection with Helicobacter pylori,as well as the feature of pathological changes of gastric mucosa and gastric secretion;to discuss the real pathology of the Damp-Hest Yun spleen.syndrome.Methods:Collecting 60 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,in which comply with Damp-Hest Yun spleen syndrome group of 30 cases,and liver—stomach incoordination syndrome group of 30 cases,all subjects are examined by endoscopy to observe gastric mucosal lesions;and collecting antral biopsy specimens,some of which are used to do rapid urease test and HP staining detection,and other specimens for pathological diagnosis and TNF-α,IL-1β,sIgA content testing.Results:1.The HP infection rate in the Damp-Hest Yun spleen syndrome group was significantly higher(P＜0.05),the Damp-Hest Yun spleen syndrome and the strength of HP infection was correlated(P＞0.1),HP-positive staining expression was significantly increased(P＜0.05).2.The gastric mucosa intestinalisation and atrophy degree in the Damp-Hest Yun spleen syndrome group were significantly increased(P＜0.05);HP-positive gastric intestinal metaplasia,atrophy degree were higher than those of HP negative(P＜0.05).3.Gastroscopy phase change:The Damp-Hest Yun spleen syndrome group with gastric hyperemia and edema,erosion,a granular change,compered to the control group,the differences were obvious.4.The production level of TNF-α,IL-1β,sIgA in the Damp-Hest Yun spleen were significantly increased(P＜0.05);the TNF-α,IL-1β,sIgA secretion levels in the HP-positive was higher than that in the HP-negative(P＜0.05).Conclusion:1.The Damp-Hest Yun spleen syndrome group of Chronic atrophic gastritis with a higher degree of HP infection;the Damp-Hest Yun spleen syndrome and the strength of HP infection was correlated and the positive rate of HP were also higher.There was a close relationship between the development of disease and HP infection in the Chronic atrophic gastritis with Damp-Hest Yun spleen syndrome.2.There were more closely related between the HP infection of Damp-Hest Yun spleen syndrome and the increased levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,this may be used as a measure to reflect the immune activation degree of the body cells.3.The increased gastric secretion level of sIgA in the Damp-Hest Yun spleen syndrome group of chronic atrophic gastritis had close relationship with HP infection;sIgA might be revealed the gastrointestinal mucosal immune function as an effective indicator.
