The Preliminary Clinical Observation Of The Treatment With Acupuncture And Moxibustion With Heat-sensitive By Dachang Shumuhexue On Functional Diarrhea

Objiect:In this research,all the volunteers are divided into two groups-acupuncture group and moxibustion with heat-sensitive group-which select muxue,beishuxue, xiahexue about large intestine(tianshu, dachangshu, shangjuxu).After the treatment of functional diarrhea,compared to observe the curative effect of two kinds of treatments for functional diarrhea,expecting to offer clinicians a reliable gist so as to optimize the disease clinical treatment selection and enhance the clinical curative effect.Methods:Dividing the 50 cases of eligible patients into acupuncture group and moxibustion with heat-sensitive group randomly,25 cases for each group,moxibustion with heat-sensitive group fell off in 2 cases.Acupuncture group was treated with general acupuncture cooperating with electroacupuncture,while moxibustion with heat-sensitive group was treated with moxibustion with heat-sensitive,and both of the groups were treated for 4 weeks.Then collect patients' diary card and analysis data such as week-stool-frequency times points,excrement character points and normal defecation time during each week to evaluate the effect of the treatment on the patients during the second week,fourth week, eighth week,then determine the clinical treatment of the recent and forward curative effect.Results:1.The two groups were balanced in the way of sex,age and course of disease with great comparability(P>0.05);2.After the treatment,the evaluation had significant difference(P <0.05) on week- stool-frequency,change of stool character and normal defecation duration among efficacy evaluation points;3.There is significant differences between two groups onweek- stool-frequency and change of stool character(P < 0.05)at the same efficacy evaluation point; and the moxibustion with heat-sensitive group was superior to the acupuncture group.Conclusion:Treatment in acupuncture and moxibustion with heat-sensitive generates an exact and curative efficacy of functional diarrhea,and which can improve clinical symptoms of the patients with functional diarrhea,and the moxibustion with heat-sensitive group was superior to the acupuncture group.
