Randomly divided all the cases into treatment group and control group, and the two groups of patients are no significant differences in gender, age, disease duration and symptom scores before treatment, comparable [P>0.05].2.The treatment group adopts Acupuncture therapy, we select Zhongwan point, Neiguan point, Zusanli point, use 1-inch needle, reinforcing-reducing techniques,30min each time the needle, once a day; and plus the Moxibustion at Heat Sensitive Points, we select (1)Tianshu point, (2)Zhongwan point, Guanyuan point, (3)Ganshu point, (4)Geshu point, (5)Shangjuxu point,1 or 2 groups each selected point, once a day. The control group with Itopride Hydrochloride Tables [Shenzhen Qinghua Yuanxing Pharmaceutical Company], each 50 mg,3 times a day (before taking 30min]. After the treatments of 4 weeks we will observe the efficacy of the two groups from symptoms and signs, clinical integration changes before and after treatment, and the possible adverse reactions.3. Statistical Method:Data are analyzed using statistical software SPSS13.0, Ranked data using Ridit_level test, Describing statistics using mean±standard deviations (X±s),Count data using X2-test, measurement data using t-test.Results:1. The treatment group,7 cases healed,23 cases effectual,9 cases effective, 3 cases invalid, the total effective rate was 92.86%. The 42 cases of the control group,2 cases healed,13 cases effectual,15 cases effective,12 cases invalid, the total effective rate was 71.42%.The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than control group(P<0.05).2. The individual symptom scores of the two groups of patients were no significant differences before treatment, comparable (P> 0.05]. After treatment, the individual symptom scores of the two groups of patients were significant differences than that before (P<0.01), and after treatment, the improvement of Symptom total scores were significantly superior to the control group (P<0.05).3. The quantitative scores of TCM symptoms of the two groups of patients were no significant differences before treatment, comparable (P> 0.05). After treatment, the quantitative scores of TCM symptoms of the two groups of patients were significant differences than that before (P<0.01), and after treatment, the improvement of the total symptoms cores of TCM were significantly superior to the control group (P<0.05). 4. Compared the symptom scores of the four syndrome types in treatment group before and after treatment, showed significant differences (P<0.01). 5.The Acupuncture and Moxibustion at Heat Sensitive Points on functional dyspepsia can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, no significant side effects. Conclusion:This study suggests that the treatment of acupuncture and Moxibustion at Heat Sensitive Points have the effect of strengthening spleen regulating stomach, compared with the control group, remarkably improve the clinical symptoms of the functional dyspepsia patients, and no significant side effects, fully demonstrate the advantages of overall adjustment in traditional Chinese medicine External, provide a "simple, convenient, inexpensive and inspection " treatment for functional dyspepsia patients.
