TengFuJiangYa Tablets On The Treatment Of Liver-Yang Hyperactivity Syndrome In Essential Hypertension Of The Clinical Curative Effect Observation And Its Effects On Vascular Endothelial Cell Autophagy

Objective: We evaluated the validity and safety of TengFuJiangYa Tablets in the treatment of Liver-yang Hyperactivity Syndrome in Essential Hypertension via clinical observation. In vitro experiment, we will explore the influence of TengFuJiangYa Tablets on autophagy of vascular endothelial cells, and thus revealing the underlying mechanism of protecting vascular endothelial cell.Methods: Clinical study: We selected sixty patients with Liver-yang Hyperactivity Syndrome in Essential Hypertension, who meet the experimental requirements. Using randomized and controlled study method, these patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group were offered TengFuJiangYa Tablets and control group were provided NiuHuangJiang Ya Tablets both for four weeks. Blood pressure and symptoms before and after treatment was observed, evaluate its safety. The experiment in vitro:Aortic endothelial cells of the rat within 1 week were cultured by tissue explant method. We selected the logarithmic growth phase cells to observe autophagy induced by oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL). After drug intervention,we observed its impact on the level of autophagy and cell protection.Results: Clinical study: The blood pressure and TCM symptoms integral in treatment group had an obvious decline compared with those before treatment, and both of them had statistical significance(p<0.05). Two groups of treatment had no adverse reactions. The experiment in vitro:Rhynchophylla total alkaloids and sinapine thiocyanate can obviously increase the vascular endothelial cells induced by oxidized low density lipoprotein level ofautophagy, relieve oxidative stress damage.Conclusion: TengFuJiangYa tablet has a remarkable clinical curative effect on patients with Liver-yang Hyperactivity Syndrome in Essential Hypertension, which can effectively control blood pressure and improve the clinical symptoms. It also has an advantage of high security and fewer adverse reactions. Rhynchophylla total alkaloids and sinapine thiocyanate can protect vascular endothelial cells from oxidative stress damage.Its mechanism may be related to enhanced autophagy level of vascular endothelial cells.
