The Clinical Research Of Enriching And Nourishing Spleen Kidney Treat With Malnutrition Caused By MHD

Objective: To observe the kidney spleen nourishing blood particles of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome of malnutrition in patients receiving hemodialysis of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral,hemoglobin,albumin,prealbumin,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,subjective nutrition assessment score,liver function,the influence of electrolyte,Preliminary discussion on its mechanism of action,objective evaluation of the clinical curative effect of enriching and nourishing spleen kidney treat with Malnutrition caused by MHD.for clinical application,development of new drugs provided theoretical research.Methods: This study participants included 60 cases MHD malnutrition in standard research,the second affiliated hospital urology department derived from henan university of Chinese medicine in January 2015 to January 2016 in hemodialysis patients,60 Patients with MHD merger malnutrition were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control groups(30 cases),Two groups of patients were given hemodialysis in full,high quality protein diet low in salt,low phosphorus,correction of anemia,iron,regulating metabolism of calcium phosphate,positive control of blood pressure,blood sugar and other support therapy,group on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy plus was taked kidney spleen nourishing blood particles,After 3months latter,In before and after treatment respectively for a TCM symptom integral,a single symptom integral of traditional Chinese medicine,laboratory testing index(hemoglobin,albumin,prealbumin,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,)before,subjective comprehensive nutrition assessment score(SGA),safety observation index(such as hepatic function,electrolyte),projected inspection,and maked records,item by item scores.Collection of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral,a single symptom integral of traditional Chinese medicine,laboratory test index of SGA score and clinical data sorting,it wasanalysised,thus researched conclusions.Results:Clinical research in the process,no fall off cases,actual finish 60 cases,the treatment group and control group 30 cases.The result showed that:1.The traditional Chinese Medical Syndrome score: After the treatment,After treatment,the treatment group total effective rate was 93.3%,the control group was 66.6%,significant difference,statistically significant(P < 0.05);Two groups of patients after treatment of TCM symptom score was decreased,the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).A single Chinese medicine symptom integral comparison,after treatment,two groups of symptoms integral were reduced,statistically significant(P < 0.05);Comparison between groups,the treatment group of languid,shortness of breath lazy speech,lumbar debility,defecate false symptom score than the control group improved significantly(P < 0.05).2.The laboratory examination evidence: in the two groups after treatment,Hb?ALB ?PA were higher than before treatment(P<0.05).the treatment group after treatment of Hb?ALB ?PA significantly increased values than the control group,the difference was statistically significantly(P<0.05).While two groups of BUN?Scr compared with no statistical significance before and after treatment(P>0.05).3.SGA score: Two groups of SGA scores after treatment was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the treatment groups was obviously better than the SGA score of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Safety index: before and after the treatment,the hepatic function(ALT)?ion(k,Ca,P)between the two groups had no significantly changes(P >0.05).Conclusion: Kidney spleen nourishing blood particles togethered with the western medicine foundation treatment in improving the total clinical effect of malnutrition in MHD patients,there were obvious advantages,can better improved the patient's symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine,it has greatly improved thelevel of Alb?Hb ?PAand SGA score.Based treatment curative effect was superior to western medicine alone,treatment has no obvious adverse reaction in the process,it was safe and effective,so it can improved the patients quality of life for a long time.
