| Digestive dysfunction and various stomach discomforts are very common.According to the view of “spleen transport”,they are all related to spleen transport disorders.Dangshen Mountain spleen and spleen and nourishing stomach are made up of Dangshen,Magnolia,White Lentils,Tangerine,Hawthorn,Jujube,Ginger and Glycyrrhiza uralensis.The main purpose is to treat the spleen and stomach,the spleen and stomach,the spleen and stomach,and the spleen and stomach.The symptoms of phlegm and fullness,phlegm and soreness are the clinical prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine.In order to develop it into a convenient edible preparation,this paper mainly carried out research on the extraction process,preparation process,digestive function and the pharmacodynamic effect of the model of functional dyspepsia with spleen deficiency syndrome.details as follows: 1.Study on the extraction technology of Dangsheng Shanzha Spleen-nourishing and Stomachenriching Chewable TabletsAccording to the solubility of different functional ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine,three extraction processes were designed.Process I: whole water extraction;Process II: Magnolia ethanol extraction with other medicinal materials water extraction;Process III: Magnolia,Codonopsis ethanol extraction with other medicinal materials water extraction.Process I uses the total polysaccharide,total flavonoids,and hesperidin to simultaneously extract the paste rate as the evaluation index,and adopts the orthogonal design to optimize the extraction process parameters.The extracts prepared from the three extraction processes were examined for their digestive activity by mouse intestinal movement test,rat food utilization test and digestive enzyme assay.The results showed that the digestion of the Process I extract(ie,the whole water extract)was significantly better than that of the other two processes.The final preferred extraction process is as follows: the medicinal materials are weighed according to the prescription ratio,and 10 times of water is decocted 3 times for 1 h each time,filtered,and the filtrates are combined,concentrated under reduced pressure,and dried.2.Study on the preparation technology of Dangsheng Shanzha Spleen-nourishing and Stomachenriching Chewable TabletsFirstly,the single-factor test was used to screen the hardness of the flavoring agent,adhesive,lubricant and tablet.Then the mixing design experiment was used to study the effect of different ratios of the five components in the formulation on the sensory quality of the chewable tablet.The best formulation is preferred.Finally,95.60% dry powder,1.80% aspartame,0.80% citric acid,0.80% mint flavor,0.50% orange flavor,95% ethanol by weight,0.50% hard fat Magnesium oxide is a lubricant and the tableting hardness is 50 N.The prepared chewable sheet has a smooth and round surface,a uniform color,a moderate sweet and sour taste,and a good mouthfeel.3.Study on the digestive function of the ginseng and spleen nourishing stomach chewable tabletsThe digestive effects of the ginseng and spleen nourishing stomach chewable tablets were studied by measuring the small intestine movement,rat body weight and food intake,and digestive enzymes.The results showed that: Codonopsis pilosula spleen and stomach appetite chewable tablets have the function of promoting digestion,but it does not affect the body weight,food intake and food utilization rate of rats.4.Study on the efficacy of Dangsheng Shanzha Spleen-nourishing and Stomach-enriching Chewable Tablets on rats with functional dyspepsia and spleen deficiency syndromeRat model of functional dyspepsia spleen deficiency syndrome was replicated by "iodoacetamide gavage method with fatigue fatigue method",and the symptoms and signs of rats(including general condition and body weight,food intake)and behavioral experiments(large Rat tail tail defecation experiment),serum indicators(motilin,gastrin,D-xylose,amylase,lactic acid)as indicators,found that Codonopsis pilosula spleen nourishing stomach chewable tablets can improve functional dyspepsia spleen deficiency syndrome Symptoms of the rats;at the same time,can improve the behavioral performance of rats with functional dyspepsia and spleen deficiency syndrome,the positive rate of tail-feeling experiment;can also significantly increase the serum motilin and serum D-wood of rats with functional dyspepsia and spleen deficiency syndrome The content of sugar can also significantly reduce the content of serum lactic acid,indicating that the preparation can improve the digestive function and spleen deficiency symptoms of rats,and play a role in the treatment of functional dyspepsia and spleen deficiency syndrome. |
