Objective:Successfully prepared mouse model of dyspepsia of heat transformed syndrome,spleen and stomach on the basis of the theory of Chinese medicine,drawing on modern animal experiments related technologies,through the model mice general,The digestive tract of movement and serum motilin concentration level,etc.comprehensive analysis,and then from the perspective of experiments to validate the efficacy of xiji particles of a mouse model of dyspepsia of heat transformed syndrome,xiji particles to investigate the effects of the gastrointestinal tract function in mouse models,provides a basis for further study in laboratory medicine theory.Methods:Choose healthy 4-week-old Kunming mice SPF level 50,male and female,weight(20 ± 2)g,male and female sub-cage adaptive feeding 3 days.Then using divided into normal group 12,38 model group,Model group mice with special feed feed for high protein,high quantity of heat.Special feed consists of dried fish floss,flour,wheat flour,milk powder press 1:2:1:1 ratio,and intraperitoneal injection of atropine hydrochloride to make model.Six consecutive days,on the 7th of the experiment,Every day need to observe and record the general situation and groups of mice and weight,water amount,anus temperature,diet,The seventh day building success.the weight gain in mice is slow,eat less,often abdominal distension full,be agitated activity restless,drinking water,stool stem node,and clinical of heat transformed syndrome in children with similar symptoms.Statistics have significant difference before and after building(P<0.05),prompt successful modeling.Grouped again according to the model group 48 mice were divided into untreated group 12,qingrehuazhi particle group 12,group 12 xiaoji particles.and then fed intervention,the normal group and model group were given the same volume the saline gavage,xiaoji particles group were given xiaoji particles Suspension fluid to fill the stomach,qingrehuazhi group were suspension particles given orally.Be administered 1week after drawn:(1)The mice eyeball blood,serum concentrations of motilin;(2)Dissect the mice and count small intestinal propulsion rates.Results:(1)Normal mice without abnormal agitation,steady weight gain,eating normal water,freedom of movement,hair glowing skin,normal stool;In modeling the model mice after 3 days,occasionally restlessness,scratching nose etc,gray hair yellow,gloss poor,huddled mouse easy to get together,slow weight gain,eating too few,stool stem node,frequent drinking water.1week after the above are symptoms,until the intervention of various symptoms were a bit relieved;after intervention qingrehuazhi group were Ease anxiety,weight increase slightly in the model group,hair has better,eat,move bowels become soft.After intervention xiaoji group were occasional fidgety,catch the nasal action,weight is growing rapidly,feeding water is good,the luster of the hair,slightly gloomy,defecate is normal.Compared with the blank model group xiaoji group and qingrehuazhi group the weight gain fast(P<0.05);Compared with the qingrehuazhi group the weight gain fast(P<0.05).Compared with the blank model group xiaoji group and qingrehuazhi group the anus temperature are lower(P<0.05);Compared with the qingrehuazhi group the anus temperature is lower(P<0.05).Compared with the blank model group xiaoji group and qingrehuazhi group the diet are increased(P<0.05);Compared with the qingrehuazhi group the diet is increased(P<0.05).Compared with the blank model group xiaoji group and qingrehuazhi group the water amount are decreased(P<0.05);Compared with the qingrehuazhi group the water amount is decreased(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the blank model group xiaoji group and qingrehuazhi group the small intestinal propulsion rates are increased(P<0.05);Compared with the qingrehuazhi group the small intestinal propulsion rates is increased(P<0.05)(3)The serum concentrations of motilin : Compared with the blank model group xiaoji group and qingrehuazhi group the sconcentrations of motilin are increased(P<0.05);Compared with the qingrehuazhi group the concentrations of motilin is increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Weakened gastrointestinal movement function in mice with indigestion in the course;(2)Xiaoji particles have a therapeutic effect ondyspepsia of heat transformed syndrome,as the same can enhance the function of the gastrointestinal movemen;(3)Efficacy in treating dyspepsia of heat transformed syndrome xiaoji particles than qingrehuazhi particles.
