Clinical Observation Of Bushen Huatan Decoction Combined With Spironolactone In The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency Phlegm Dampness Type PCOS-HA

Objective To study the clinical observation of Bushen Huatan Decoction combined with Spironolactone tablets in the treatment of kidney deficiency phlegm dampness type PCOS-HA.Methods Patients with kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness type who met PCOS-HA inclusion criteria were randomly divided into Chinese and western medicine group(20 cases),simple western medicine group(20 cases)and simple Chinese medicine group(20 cases).The Chinese and Western medicine group(19 cases),the simple western medicine group(18 cases)and the simple Chinese medicine group(18 cases)were actually completed.Chinese and western medicine group took Bushen Huatan Tang spironolactone tablet,western medicine group took spironolactone tablet,Chinese medicine group took Bushen Huatan decoction.After 6 months of continuous treatment,three groups of patients were observed before and after treatment and 3months after withdrawal of menstrual cycle,menstrual volume changes and related TCM clinical symptoms score table score and LH(luteal body)production hormone),T(testosterone),FSH(follicle-stimulating hormone),LH/FSH ratio,and changes in the Polyfairy score.and use SPSS22.0 statistical software to process,and analyze and make corresponding conclusions.Results The curative effect of the combined group was better than that of the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group.the combined group was also superior to the western medicine group and the traditional chinese medicine group in reducing serum LH(luteinizing hormone),T(testosterone)and LH/FSH ratio.There was no significant difference in the short-term effect between the combined group,the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group.The results showed that the combined group was superior to the western medicine group and the western medicine group was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group.Now the combined group is superior to the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group,and there is no significant difference in the curative effect between the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group.Conclusion Bushen Huatan Decoction combined with Spironolactone tablet has a therapeutic effect on hyperandrogenemia of kidney deficiency phlegm dampness type polycystic ovary syndrome.
