Clinical Study Of Treating Anus Carbuncle Of The Hot Poison Accumulate Knot Type With The Formulas Of Re Du Qing

Objective:Retrospective summary using the Formulas of Re Du Qing in the treatment of Anus carbuncle(Hot Poison Accumulate Knot type),observe the clinical curative effect to treat Anus carbuncle and any adverse reactions. And through the discussion of treatment methods and the modern pharmacological research,preliminary discuss the treatment mechanism,provide scientific basis for clinical use.Methods:From July 2014 to January 2016,the 60 patients all come from the E.the anus disease hospital of Zhengzhou City,they all are outpatients,conform to Anus carbuncle(Hot Poison Accumulate Knot type).According to the sequence clinic were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,all 30 cases.The control group given antibiotics static drops (Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection combined with Ornidazole and Sodium Chloride injection),the treatment group treated with the Formulas of Re Du Qing retention enema on the basis of antibiotics static drops.7 days made up one course of treatment,observe the two groups before treatment and 7days after treatment,the patients with anal pain, the lump size,general condition,the lump texture,total clinical curative effect,the adverse reaction condition.Record the change of the symptoms and signs in the process of treatment.To Analysis and compare the differences about the patients anal pain condition, anal lump size changes and general condition,lump texture and the total clinical curative effect,adverse reactions,before and after the treatment.The resulting datas use SPSS 19.0 for statistical and analysis.Results:On the basic situation in both groups were comparable by statistical analysis(p<0.05).1.Compared with the two groups after the treatment of anal pain, the treatment group is better than the control group,they have significant differences (p<0.05),statistically significant.It suggests that the Formulas of Re Du Qing can significantly reduce the anal pain of patients.2.Compared with the two groups after the treatment of the lump size changes,the treatment group is better than the control group,they have significant differences (p<0.05),statistically significant.lt suggests that the Formulas of Re Du Qing can promote the dissipation and absorption of anus lump of patients,the scope of big can can be narrowed.3.Compared with the two groups after the treatment of general condition,the treatment group is better than the control group,they have significant differences (p<0.05),statistically significant.lt suggests that the Formulas of Re Du Qing has a great effect on improving the general condition of the patients.4.Compared with the two groups after the treatment of the lump texture,the treatment group is better than the control group,they have significant differences (p<0.05),statistically significant.lt suggests that the Formulas of Re Du Qing can soften the lump texture until disappear.5.Compared with the two groups after the treatment of the total clinical curative effect, the treatment group 8 cases were cured,2 cases were cured, the statistical analysis showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).6.The patients of the two groups have no adverse reactions appear before and after treatment.Conclusion:Antibiotics combined with the Formulas of Re Du Qing have a certain curative effect on treating Anus carbuncle,have a better effective on relieving anal pain of patients,it can promote the dissipation and absorption of anus lump of patients, the scope of big can can be narrowed, reduce inflammation stimulation,and no adverse reactions appear,safe and workable,is an effective method for the treatment of Anus carbuncle.This study adopts the Antibiotics combined with the Traditional Chinese medicine retention enema to treat Anus carbuncle,which is the embodiment of Chinese and Western medicine.Not only safe and effective,cheap and easy to operate,no wound, avoid the operation of pain,but also easy to be accepted.
