Objective:To observe the instant effect and clinical evaluation of the migrainewithout aura patients by bloodletting via era vein, and explore the mechanisms through thepoint of view of c-fos and G protein in PAG.Method:The clinical trials:the30patients who met the inclusion criteria was treatedby giving bloodletting via era vein, and observed the changes in pain intensity before andafter the first treatment, and clinical evaluation after a course of treatment.Animalexperiments:By the way of random and control trial,30New Zealan rabbits were randomlyaveraged into three groups, treatment group, model group and blank group, each group of10only.Bled the two ears of rabbits in treatment group after the model. The model groupmodel only, not treatde. The blank group did not deal with. Then determined rabbit modelc-fos expression and content of G protein in PAG.Result:①bloodletting via era vein on the attack of migraine without aura patients hadinstant efficacy obvious(P<0.01)and clinical evaluation significant(P<0.01),the effectiverate was93.33%;bloodletting via era vein can restrain c-fos expression visibly and reducethe content of G protein(P<0.01).
